Property was very nice. The size of the unit was much smaller than I anticipated.

I've always heard good things come in small packages! It is definitely a tiny house, though of the same size as most houses of that type. Glad that overall you had a good experience.
I'm sorry that tiny house living was not for you. Was there anything about the listing that confused you about what type of accommodation you were booking?
Everything was great! It had beautiful views. The room was very clean when we got there. It’s also pretty spacious for a tiny tiny home. It had everything necessary even species to cook. My boyfriend and I loved it.

So glad you loved it! Thanks for the five-star review!
Beautiful tiny home with gorgeous views. The host gave us great directions back to the cabin because gps does not take you to the right spot. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

You're always welcome back! Thanks so much for your five-star review!
A tiny house may not be for everyone, but for less than the price of a hotel room it is an awesome experience. It is literally located on top of the mountain with 1 other tiny home and 2 small cabins. I can get to the cabin down a dirt road and up a gravel mountain in my little KIA Rio with no problem. The location is so peaceful and quiet with beautiful views and lovely sunrises and sunsets. I have also seen plenty of wildlife including deer but no bears. The home is perfect for solo or a couple. The sofa pulls out into a bed and is very comfortable. Nice breakfast area for two with a nice tv that functions well. Small refrigerator but no freezer that works great. To cook, there is a nice outdoor grill, stove top heating pads, and a combination oven/air fryer/toaster, etc. that works great along with a coffee pot and plenty of cookware and dishes. Nice little bathroom with toilet and shower that is a little cramped (but like I said, "A tiny home is not for everyone."). The kitchen sink functions as the bathroom sink. The outdoor deck has seating and a great propane fire pit for relaxing outdoors. The best part are the large windows inside allowing you to see views all around by just sitting inside the cabin. David (the host) is amazing to deal with from communication and directions to quickly answering what ever questions or problems may arise. The cabin is VERY CLEAN. Enjoy Fleetwood, West Jefferson, and Boone. The area is amazing.

Very much appreciate the time you took to leave such a detailed review!
Great communication with the host, the views were wonderful and the space was perfect for me and my partner. We were completely comfortable and had everything we needed.
Everything was just as pictured. Even though it was below freezing when we were there, it was warm in the house. The host went above and beyond making sure road conditions were safe enough to drive because they had received snow prior to our visit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little getaway with big views.

Thank you so much for your detailed, five-star review!
We had such a wonderful cozy stay. This tiny house has all the essentials you need and has a spectacular view. Love that you feel off the beaten path back in the woods, but it’s not too bad for get out for the store, etc! Just felt like the perfect stop and the layout of it was perfect—easy to get around. We also found the futon to be more comfortable than most! Highly recommend!
It was an excellent tiny house. Make sure to read the instructions on how to get there because they help a ton!
