About this property

2 Bed House in Conil, less than 10 min walk to beach, next to bars/restaurants

We do not accept bookings for same sex or groups of teenagers.
Adults over the age of 25, families and couples only.

Casa Sol is situated on a quiet street with local shops, tapas bars, and the central market just two streets away. The stunning 14km sandy beach is a ten minute walk away through the picturesque whitewashed fisherman’s village.

The house sleeps 4 adults, with one king bedroom, one double room and one foldout double bed for children in the mezzanine area leading out to the terrace.

We do not accept bookings for same sex or groups of teenagers.

It benefits from a private south facing terrace, with outdoor sofa area, dining table for six and potted cactus. It is a truly wonderful place to rest, relax, dine, have a drink or just savour the sunshine.

On the ground floor, in addition to the open plan living area, there is a newly fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and compact dining area which can seat up to six. Couples only, the house is in a residential street with neighbours on each side and opposite so no late night parties allowed.

We require all guests to fill out the guest form for security purposes.

Reservations only taken Saturday- Saturday in high season (June-August), please message for any other dates or questions.

We do not accept bookings for same sex or groups of teenagers.

A week in Conil

My wife and I had an excellent week at this property. It is neat, clean, and the downstairs living area is very well equipped. The two first floor bedrooms and bathroom are compact but fine and the outdoor living area on the top floor is delightful for evening drinks and relaxing. The apartment is well situated, only 15 mins walk from the beach and 10 mns walk to nearby supermarkets. The street outside is very narrow however and local parking can be 10 mns away.

El alojamiento está genial. Está bien ubicado, limpio y tiene una terraza muy agradable para comer y charlar. Los ventiladores se agradecen. Lo único que se ha echado en falta ha sido una tostadora y un microondas.
