Afterdune Delight...only 40 steps to the sand!

Recently renovated smoke free 2 bedroom 2 bath condo in the much desired Sandcastles Condominium complex. Large outdoor heated pool and spa. Tennis courts. Easy check in with keypad code. This first floor oceanfront condo has a lovely private patio where you can enjoy the morning sunrise and meals at the outdoor table. This is the closest condo to the beach walkway. Big rooms with tons of storage. Very well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and fun beach vacation. Beach chairs and umbrellas, sand toys and boogie boards. Beautiful wood look tile floors throughout condo. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen. Comfy new mattresses. . King size bed in master, queen size bed , twin memory foam sleeper, and 1 twin and 1 queen air mattresses in guest bedroom. Plenty of sheets, blankets and pillows, bath and beach towels. Washer and dryer. Natuzzi Italian leather sofa, love seat, and power recliner. Smart TV’s in living room and both bedrooms. Lots of board games, DVD's, and books. Walk in shower in Master, bath tub/shower in guest bathroom. Walk out onto the beach and have a great view of the Rocket launches from the Space center. We are surrounded by shopping, groceries, and restaurants. A wonderful gym is 1 minute North, and yoga studios 4 minutes away. Only an hour drive to Orlando Int airport, and Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, etc.! 5 min to world famous Ron Jon’s surf shop, 10 min to the Port of Canaveral where there are several restaurants, fishing charter boats, and cruise ships. Also close is the Kennedy Space Center.

The condo was absolutely wonderful! With two little kids the condo was very kid friendly. The beach access was literally right outside the back door and the pool was a definite hit! We went exploring and went to the Kennedy Space Center and other places. The kids really loved looking for sea shells and seeing the sea turtle nests! This place was a wonderful vacation for my family.

Lovely little beach getaway! The condo is extremely clean and well cared for. Plenty of space. Having a washer & dryer was a nice benefit. Lots of beach toys and sports equipment. Schlage e-lock made coming/going super convenient and the location of the condo is ideal. Would love to visit again!

Great Sandcastles Condo!!

The condo is beautiful and so well-stocked. Even down to the beach games. The owners were easy to reach and communicate with. You can't get any closer to the beach gate. The pool is perfect. We were sad to leave.

The condo is very clean and updated, all new appliances, coffee makers, utensils all in good order. There is a closet with beach chairs, boogie boards and towels. We really didn’t need anything but our personal items. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook in the future.

Our stay in this beautiful condo was fantastic. We spent our days at the beach, pool, and relaxing. We will most definitely be back. The ground floor was great since we had a 2 year old. My husband and I have been staying in Sandcastle condo at Coco Beach for many years. This unit was the most comfortable and welcoming that we have ever stayed in. Our hosts, Sheri and Cindy were very accommodating and easy to communicate with. Check in instructions were provided ahead of time and were easy to understand. The unit was beautiful, very comfortable and well stocked. We had a wonderful time and plan to stay there again! We highly recommend!

Ocean retreat

This space is amazing. It was like being at home with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our trip. We traveled from Maine and find have to worry about all the little things that would be needed to enjoy a day at the beach or a relaxing evening at “home”. All we needed to bring was our clothes and food. The owners have put a lot of thought into providing everything needed for a stress free stay.

This property lived up the the great reviews and more! We really liked the first floor location. We could watch the sunrise and cruise ships while sitting on the loveseat! Epitome of Convenience!

Cindy and Sheri have put so much love into their condo. We visited during Christmas and were greeted with tasteful holiday decor. The hand soaps were even holiday-scented! Pictures don't do justice, the condo was spacious and homey, welcoming with a cheerful ambiance to match the soft white sand just beyond the sliding doors. Cindy and Sheri reached out if we needed anything, offering information about events and attractions nearby. There was so much storage! We had space to put everything we brought with us. The kitchen was well appointed with two coffee machines, complimentary coffee (many in holiday flavors!), modern appliances, and plenty of dishwares. I was delighted to see complimentary toiletries and paper towels of better quality, not the cheap kind. The kids loved the provided beach toys; we loved the provided beach chairs and boards. There was an abundance of towels which I've learned is necessary while vacationing on a beach! The master bed was incredibly comfortable, so too were the soft leather sofas. The condo was steps from the pool, steps from the outdoor shower sprinklers, and best of all, steps from the ocean. The location was prime and the epitome of convenience. Loading and unloading our belongings, the grocery was a breeze. We were the envy of so many and received countless compliments from passersby. There was so much to love; it made our vacation that much sweeter. Sheri and Cindy prepared their home like we were the dearest of friends revisiting after many years apart.

We can’t say enough positive comments about this property! From the cleanliness of the condo, the way it is decorated and the first floor access to the beach made this a 5 star plus stay! We were even able to see a Space X rocket launch from the beach! Communication with the host was great! I would highly recommend After Dune Delight and will be anxious to stay here again in 2023!

Best Condo Ever

This condo was amazing. It was modern and so cute, super clean, and had so many things available to use. It was so comfortable like staying in your own home but transported to the beach. You can tell the owners take a lot of time to ensure the comfort of their guests. Very detailed notes and communication made for a super easy checkin in, stay, and check out. We had a great time at Cocoa Beach. The condo & beach are beautiful! The condo is super clean with every amenity we could ever hope for. Our boys loved all the beach toys that were available to use. We are two sisters who love the beach. We are 4th generation native Floridians. We have spent may years renting beach condos, and finally were able to get our forever condos to enjoy with our friends and families. From the many years of renting we have learned what is important to have in our rental condos for our guests. Everything and more of what you need to have fun, as well as be relaxed and stress free.

Why they chose this property

We had rented many years at Sandcastles. Although we have stayed at several Condominiums in Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral , Sandcastles was always the best! The condos are very large and the bedrooms are big. We are within walking distance to yummy restaurants and stores, and close to everything else by car.

What makes this property unique

40 steps out your sliding glass doors to the sand. The closest condo to the beach walkway and wash off area. Being on the first floor it is easy access to just pull your vehicle up On the curb and unload groceries and luggage before parking.
