Excellent home with a beautiful view of the lake! After a full day of spa in and around Rotorua, come back and have a sundowner on the deck, and then relax further in the spa pool.

We had a very good stay at this property. My wife and I arrived there to glorious sunshine and we were very happy with the views the property gave us of the lake in full sunshine.The property was very comfortable and very well appointed with plenty of room for the four members of our party. Views were stunning , even when raining on the last day of our stay. While I would recommend the property for anyone going to this area, do be aware that the 54 stairs to the living area can be quite challenging.

Lake Okareka Getaway

The property has everything that you need to enjoy a weekend away (or a week). It has amazing views to enjoy a cuppa in the morning on the deck. Great base and close enough to Rotorua for groceries and activities and far enough away to have a tranquil spot to enjoy.

Great Spot

Brilliant spot! Be prepared to climb some stairs and there is plenty of parking for a boat but depending on size you may need to back up the steepish drive because there is not a lot of room to turn it around. Owners were awesome and very accomodating.

Wonderful house with stunning lake views

Only wish we could have stayed longer. The house is wonderful, so comfortable, super well equipped. The view of the lake is amazing and the surrounding area is beautiful. Rotarua a short drive, very convenient. Communication with Peter was great - a big thanks to him and Fiona for accommodating us for an extra night at very short notice.

Pure Bliss

Amazing property for relaxing and adventure. We did both! Views of the lake from spa, decking, kitchen/dining, lounge, bedrooms were spectacular. Clean and comfy. Loved the use of the kayaks and Mountain bike lock up. Will definitely look to book again next year!
