The house was great and in an excellent location. The house was clean ane had everything we needed and more. The kids enjoyed the pool when we weren't at the beach.

I am sorry to hear this. Guests stayed until last night and didn't let us know until after they left. We have not had this complaint before and take our cleaning and home maintenance very seriously.
We love the pool and the beach. The TV never worked all week and I wasn’t sure why they just didn’t go to Walmart and get one for us. But apparently they did order one and they did respond about it. Very private and nice quiet neighborhood.

New TV now installed. Owner ordered one from Amazon so took a couple days.
We enjoyed our stay at this cute, vintage beach house. The location was great - near the end of Lakeshore so easy access to Red Arrow Highway without having to weave around people out for morning or afternoon strolls, within walking distance to The Whistle Stop & Red Arrow Roadhouse and only a mile from the market at Union Pier. Proximity to the beach was super close and the beach itself was very nice with plenty of space. The only warning would be the 60-70 stairs down/back!
The house was small but just as described. Beds were comfy although the master pillows were super flat!
The pool was a great option when we were done at the beach but still wanted some cooling off. I was worried it wouldn’t be private since it sits in the front yard but it’s totally private! The landscaping is lovely but it is a constant battle with leaves and plants dropping from trees into the pool. The pool is a bit older but well kept. The property managers were also very responsive when the pool heater went out after a power outage.
Overall it was a nice stay - thanks!

Was not east beach access and not water views
Coffee pot was so dirty, no water view, man next door hammered from early morning till evening after 9pm. Other neighbors there come in driveway to talk to neighbor working on his tree fence area. The gate to property was off so not private . Paid way too much money to stay here. Was not close to our expectations of a vacation very sorry.

I am sorry this guest did not enjoy their stay. This home does not have a water view but DOES have a private pool as well as association beach access a short walk from house. We cannot stop if a neighbor is doing work at a house but if a guest lets us know about their dissatisfaction DURING their stay we can try and help. This includes a dirty coffee pot!
Comfortable, sunny, and conveniently located beach cottage. Perfect for a couple or family of four beach vacation or weekend getaway. Short easy walk to private community beach.

Great home close to beach with private heated pool!
This house was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway for my wife and I. We enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings and appetizers by the pool in the evenings and spending time during the day at the beach which just was a short walk away.
Though it was clean, we had to deal with ants in the kitchen, bath, and main bedroom. The twin beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable, ended up sleeping on the couches. There was car parts and construction materials outside of the livingroom windows, making the view there not very pleasant. The bathroom was ridiculous! The shower was so small, none of us could even bend over to get our legs and feet clean. Barely enough room to turn around even. The toilet was so close to the sink, you had to step in sideways and definitely not enough room to reach to wipe without contorting under the pedestal sink. The "Welcome" binder stated the pool and grounds would be serviced on Fridays but the pool was filled on Wednesday with water so cold, it wasn't usable until Thursday evening and the lawn was cut early Thursday morning , waking us up earlier than we had planned.. Although, not in the owners control, there was MAJOR road construction with a lot of noise and the acrid smell of tar early in the morning as well. Oh. And the 7am train horn was so annoying! We were very disappointed with this property, especially for the cost.

I am sorry they did not enjoy their stay to the fullest. We will explore the issues they describe.
Really cute shabby chic little place. Super clean. I wish the weather would have been warmer so that we could have enjoyed the pool however the leaves may have been an issue. We will definitely be back.
