A truly wonderful location that was quiet, spacious, and very cozy. The host is phenomenal, whom is very kind, as well as accommodating, and responds immediately to any concerns or questions. This cozy condo was extremely clean, and very well maintained in a very wonderful spot in the valley. On the out skirts of town, we experienced a relaxing retreat that allowed us to rest the mind, and the soul. Highly recommend as a place to stay. It felt as if an old friend let us stay in there home on our travels through the beautiful state of Colorado.

We spent a week at the Cozy Condo. Great location for fishing the Gunnison & Taylor Rivers and the Blue Mesa is a must for Kokanee Salmon, Lake Trout and Rainbows. We cooked and grilled all our meals each day. Kitchen was well set up and the additional fridge/freezer in garage was a plus! Beds were comfortable, bathrooms were well stocked with all he supplies. I give the property and the Host a thumbs up.

Lovely stay

This was the perfect location for what we were in Gunnison for; visiting our son who is attending Western Colorado University. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and the accommodation itself had plenty of room for my husband and I to host our son for home cooked meals. For the price, the place was exactly what we were looking for.

Nice Condo!

The condo worked perfectly for our stay! Was clean and had everything that we needed would stay there again! Enjoyed sitting out on the Patio enjoying the Gunnison weather!

This place was awesome. Host was great and very responsive. Place was great size for two guys. Garage was nice although our truck was too big to pull inside. If you are going to Gunnison, stay here. Super quiet at night. Just great overall

A literal God send!

We were having a bad experience with another rental company and needed to get out. That's when we found this place on VRBO. Michelle was great and worked with us quickly to get us into the condo as soon as possible. It was so comfortable, we were able to relax and enjoy the rest of our trip.

Quiet, very clean end unit. Stayed in July. Even with the fans on it was very warm upstairs at night due to inability to open most windows. Would recommend to others.
