Well-appointed, well-kept and gorgeous upscale property with incredible view and front yard lake access with a hot tub for the stars that can't be seen in the city. Within walking distance of town too. We'd guesstimate that it would be ideal for housing two couples and six kids. Be mindful that there's lots of stairs!

Everything about this home was amazing. It was very clean and had a perfect location. Even though we didn’t have access to inside the boat house, the side dock was set up well with bumpers to park our boat. Communication was great with the host.

Becca was a fabulous host. She assured that every detail was managed, was so personable, and was constantly in touch to assure we had everything we needed. This is a beautiful lake front home. Close enough to town to walk and a fabulous boat dock. The views are breathtaking.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! Every one got to follow their favorite activity and then we would all gather for dinner. I highly recommend this Grand Lake property.

The house was beautiful and kept up in every way. All first class. What was most remarkable though wad the location and view. We loved being on the deck overlooking Shadow Mountain reservoir and mount Baldy, and played hours of games in the dining area looking out windows at the lake The view was almost to perfect to believe. Best of all was the communication with the owner Becca. From pre visit chats, to check in, to several calls from her to make sure all was well, the communication was all five star. Hope we can return someday. Jack

Incredible view and all the amenities

Great property, kind owners! We went in the off season, so it was great to have a fully stocked kitchen and many comfortable lounging spots. Best view in town, and very comfortable home.
