Palm Springs Vacation Rental Rules

To comply with City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations, guests must provide:

• Photo ID
• Signed rental agreement
• Signed Palm Springs rules acknowledgment

Additional rules include:

• Primary renter must be 25 years or older
• Only registered guests may stay at the property
• No subletting
• The primary renter must be the first to check in

Palm Springs quiet hours are 10 PM – 10 AM.

Please ensure music and noise are not audible outside the property in accordance with the city’s vacation rental ordinance.

Property Maintenance & Safety

To maintain the property:

• Pool service – Tuesdays & Fridays (early morning)
• Landscaping service – Thursdays

Safety features include:

• Fire extinguishers in kitchen, master bedroom, and BBQ area

This is a non-smoking property.

Due to the high-risk desert fire zone, fireworks, open flames, and tiki torches are not permitted. Please turn off the BBQ and fireplaces when not in use. They both use natural gas.

The den fireplace is currently not operational, though two other fireplaces in the home are available.

Exterior security cameras are installed for property protection only and do not monitor interior spaces. Cameras face:
