"Le Mont-Royal LOUNGE"

--- Mont-Royal Avenue becomes PEDESTRIAN every summer ---

Very big apartment of 1800 square feet, located on the famous and ô so wonderful Mont-Royal avenue. Only 12 minutes walk (1 km) to the Mont-Royal metro station. Plenty of wonderful cafés, restaurants, shops and a supermarket are right on that street! Parc Lafontaine is 2 blocks away! This is the place to be if you want to experience the trendiest area in town: Le Plateau Mont-Royal.

Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). You will love the big terrace : it has a large table seating 8 and room to chill while soaking up the afternoon sun.
Ideal for 8 to 10 adults but can accommodate up to 12 guests.

- 3 bedrooms with Queen size bed (6 guests)
- 1 bedroom with double-double bunk bed (4 guests)
- 3 single mattresses to be put on the floor, they are real mattresses not air mattresses (3 guests)
- portable crib and high chair provided.

2 bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath/shower)
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and all you need to cook. Nespresso machine (capsules not included) and regular filter coffee machine (coffee included) are on site.
The private terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a good meal with friends.

Perfect for families or large groups.
NO parking included, parking at the back of the building in a public parking for 17$ per 24 hours and free street parking possible in some nearby streets.

INCLUDED: High speed Wi-Fi internet, television, electricity, air conditioning, dishwasher, washer and dryer, linens and towels (one per person).

IMPORTANT: we also have another apartment (exactly the same layout and size) located right ABOVE this one. So if you are a big group, you could take both!

NOTE that for any given stay of 31 days or less, our nightly prices will include the Québec Lodging Tax of 3.5%, the Provincial Tax (QST 9.975%) and the Federal Tax (GST 5%). These taxes apply to the total stay but not to the refundable damage deposit.

MINIMUM STAY: 2 nights minimum stay unless we have a 1 night "gap" between two other rentals and we reserve the right to ask for 3 nights for special events or weekends.

RULES: NO smoking and NO parties. Music is tolerated until 10 pm.

We STRONGLY suggest you get adequate travel insurance as we have a strict cancelation policy

Fantastic apartment in a great location

Really lovely and spacious apartment right on the Avenue Mont Royal and directly opposite a very cool bakery serving coffee from 6am Four large bedrooms and two bathrooms gave everyone their space and also good sized kitchen and living space. Great place to stay in a lovely district of Montreal

Amazing property!

Great property. Great Location in the Plateau (if thinking downtown/Veaux Montreal, consider 10-15 minute drive). Great restaurants in the area and probably one of the best bars I have been to in George Rogue.

The host were extremely responsive. Whenever we had a question, they responded very quickly. They graciously allowed us to check in early and allowed to leave our bags in apt after the check-out time. Which was really nice. We had a little trouble with the lock box, and they patiently walk us through opening the box. Loved the neighborhood. Loved the outdoor area.

Fabulous group friendly get away in very fun area of Montreal!

This is a wonderfully located get away with a charming, private back patio perfect for conversation, morning stretching/yoga, afternoon cocktails or an evening cookout. Great for a family group get together, adult friends or just about anyone. It is in the heart of a charming shopping, eating and touring area with easy access to the metro and Ubers. Not for anyone with a handicap as related to climbing stairs as there are steep stairs to get to the rental. I would gladly rent this location again.

Excellent, excellent stay

Le Lounge was perfect for our group and we had a fantastic week there. Jeanne was extremely helpful, both before our stay and afterwards when we had to extend our stay by an extra day because of a flight delay. This was completely invaluable - thank you. The apartment is fantastically equipped and in a superb location. The street outside is pedestrianised for summer and is a hive of activity, yet there was no noise heard inside the apartment. We will definitely be returning.
