Great cozy cabin. Nice to be away from the bustle of Gatlinburg.

Thank you for sharing your experience and kind words. We are glad you enjoyed the cozy cabin and peaceful location, and we hope to welcome you back on a future stay.
Property was wonderful. The area is secluded, which I enjoy.a nice little stream flows around both sides and in front of the cabin. Would definitely stay again.
The overall property grounds was good. The issues we had were the hot tub was dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in some time. It had a orange film on the inside. Under the beds and most furniture was dusty. Dust all over the bathroom walls and cobwebs on the light fictures in the upstairs bathroom. The lighting in the entire place is horrible, makes it very hard to see. I was not fully aware none of the windows had no blinds or curtains other than the bathrooms. Upstairs shower and tub weren'tvery clean. Tub made a lot of noise when I stood in it to clean it for my daughter. Very peaceful location but they could and need to do some updating. When it said charcoal grill I wasn't expecting a grill that you see at the park you take your children to. The kitchen sink isn't even attached to the countertops it's just hanging on and looks like black mold under the sink. We also noticed mold in the bathroom upstairs on the walls where you would hang your towels. Upstairs king bed frame is clearly broken and make so much noise and the mattress is old and horrible to sleep on. You almost sink to the middle. First cabin I've ever stayed in that did not have a book or pamphlet on the area attractions, food or overall cabin information. They need more pots and pans to cook with. Only one frying pan. The property itself is beautiful outside but its needs some updates and some renovations on quite a few things.

Fantastic Experience
Great cabin with all the amenities of home. We had trouble with the door keypad but other than that it was a perfect little getaway for out Smokey Mountain Christmas vacation.

Very nice, comfortable and just as we expected. Incredible view.
There was not much comfortable seating for that number of people. Otherwise the stay was perfect.

Jamie, thank you for taking the time to review your stay at Dreams and Streams. We will definitely suggest to the owner adding more furniture/seating. We appreciate your feedback and letting us know how we can better the stay of our guests. We are glad you enjoyed your vacation with us, and we hope you will book again!
The property was beautiful and had a cute little stream running under the footbridge! The pool table played well but we had to use a short stick on a lot of shots due to the tight space. It's close enough to Gatlinburg but far enough to see some wildlife... even saw a bear walking up the road one evening. The hot tub was a nice bonus :-). Very Clean and cozy and well worth the price!
The property is mostly pet friendly, maybe not pet owner friendly. Two flights of steps to take a pup out was alot, but something i should uave seen and thought about when booking.
Property was in a great location, could use a little update.
Would definitely come back but would like one with Mountain View.

Beautiful, however the hot tub was not clean ,the master lights did not work and the spiral stairs were hard to deal with. Had an issue with getting in the property due to no cell service. All and all was good and would love to stay there again, even saw a 🐻 in the yard.

Beautiful Property
The cabin was really nice and clean. The TV is already equipped with Netflix, cable and several other applications. The entire process was really easy and convenient . We were given all of the codes (wifi, alarm and door code) for the cabin through an app so we didn't have to make any stops at an office.

Thank you Shante for staying with us. We are glad you enjoyed your stay.
The cabin was good but need a couple improvements. Needs light on the walkway, be able to turn the lights on the fans off without turning the fans off. Other than that awesome place!!
Cabin was very nice and tucked away. Could only see 2 other cabins up the road. The sound of the creek was amazing when sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we found were some of the boards on the deck needed to be replaced. Some of them felt like you could step right through them. Over all it was a great experience.
Everything was perfect except they did not tell us the code to the inside alarm. Eventually we found the code but only after 5 minutes of alarm blaring across the mountainside. My favorite part was the stream running through the property it was so peaceful!! Check out time could be later but overall it was amazing.
This property was beautiful and I would definitely stay here again although there is some updates that need to be done. There was some soft boards on the deck , and the master bedroom ceiling fan wouldnt change speeds and the light wouldn’t work but overall very nice and peaceful. Our last night there two cubs came on our porch and chewed the hot tub cover , it was very cool but scary at the same time.
The cabin was exactly as advertised. It was very peaceful sitting out on the deck. We saw bears every morning all around the cabin which was very entertaining. The only problem we had was when we tried to get into the cabin the code did not work which forced us to drive back down the mountain to get a cell signal to call the management company. We had to do this twice. Other than that, I would definitely rent this cabin again.
Nice Property - No exterior lighting on walkway or stairs
This is a nice property. We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a quiet place in the woods to hang out without the hustle and bustle of a busy vacation area. We were pleased to find that type of a spot to stay for a few days.
Beware that there is absolutely no lighting on the wood walkway or stairs. If you arrive after dark, expect to need a flashlight to find your way to the front door. The lighting from the porch is very dim and does not light the stairs or walkway. We would recommend that you bring a flashlight.
