Great location, one of the best in the community! This professionally decorated 4 bedroom 3 bath unit includes all in fine quality furnishings, linens and wares. This unit has an extended patio/pool area. Sleeps 9 in style. Flat screen TV''''s in all bedrooms and a brand new 55-inch flat screen smart TV in living room.



The large living room is perfect for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen is equipped with all the amenities of home, and the cozy dining nook is perfect to enjoy meals together as a family. The splash pool is ideal for those who want to cool off or lie out and tan for the day. This townhome will bring the excitement of Disney to you and have the kids talking about your trip for months to come.



There is an additional charge for heating the pool per day plus tax for a townhome. Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

1 small box laundry detergent (enough for one load)

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.

This is an industry-standard practice.

No salt/pepper or cleaning supplies are stocked due to safety issues.
