This was the 3rd time staying at this property. Twice within the last week and one time last year. I've stayed in 2 of the different apartments. I have enjoyed my stays in both apartments and will more than likely stay again when I am in the area. The apartment is cute and clean. I appreciate having my own washer and dryer. Having a designated parking space is great so you don't have to worry about finding parking on the street. As a solo traveler I felt the area was safe. It was very close to Beale Street which was a plus for my plans. The apartments are above a restaurant which is a nice convenience. I had no issues with any noise. Booking was easy and communication with the host was easy. Host was very quick to respond to any questions or issues. I definitely recommend this location if you need a place to stay.

A fantastic stay-great location, clean, comfortable, easy parking, and solid value for cost. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or recommend to friends. Two reasons for a 4* rating, versus 5. First, the front main door of the building was often left ajar/needed to be pulled hard to fully close and lock. We found the area safe and comfortable, and for some that could be uncomfortable. Second reason is that all initial communication is w an AI bot-a sign of the times but when you don’t know that up front it can be unnerving.

Thank you for the thoughtful review. I’m glad you enjoyed the location, cleanliness, comfort, parking, and overall value. I also appreciate your feedback about the building door and the initial automated communication. Your comments are helpful, and we’re glad these points didn’t take away from an otherwise great stay. Thank you for the recommendation, and we’d be happy to welcome you back.
