This is our second time staying here. It is the perfect size for my husband and and our small dog. This year our son came with us too. The location is great. It has easy access to the beach and close to many good resturants. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We hope to come back next year too!

This unit has a great location but unfortunately it is very dated and worn. The worst part was the Palmetto bugs which are a nice name for cockroaches. I contacted the host on Saturday evening about seeing one in the kitchen and was told she would call them on Monday. No one showed up to spray until Thursday. I killed two Saturday evening and found other accommodations for the week. We would check back daily which is how I know when the pest control company came. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this unit.

I am so sorry for the inconvenience. Those bugs are always a problem when living near the ocean. I am sorry they did not come until Thursday, RAM said they had an employee that was sick and would be a few days before they could spray. I am so sorry Carla

The lock box to get in didn’t work. Called and was told key under mat. They were aware lock box didn’t work. Was not very clean. Pans in kitchen needed replaced. Cockroach found on kitchen sink. (Have picture if needed) Smoke alarms disconnected. Needed batteries. However, great location. Very close to beach. Great view of ocean. Parking was good.
