Magpies Nest - Private Guest House - Nature

Magpies nest is a tranquil guesthouse, set on a rural block surrounded with nature and wildlife. The property is centrally located 1km from Aldinga Beach and surrounded by beautiful wineries and country landscape. The property is thoughtfully set up with everything you would need in a fully self-contained guesthouse.

With toasty heating for the cold months and ducted air-conditioning (and fans in every room) for summer, Magpies Nest is the perfect place for family summer holidays. Fully set up to accommodate families and groups you can use our esky, beach chairs and kids buckets and spades for the relaxing days at the beach.

With open plan design the kitchen naturally flows through to the dining and lounge area. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are very spacious set up with queen beds and the third bedroom has to king singles.

The guesthouse is stand alone and fully self-contained on a large rural block. The owner of the property lives at the main residence on the same block.

We like to give our guests all linen / bedding / bath towels included within the cleaning cost – we do this so you can just arrive and unwind. We hope this little addition makes your vacation more enjoyable.

We have ample parking for boats

Please bring your own beach towels.

Strictly no pets, parties or smoking (either inside or outside on the property due to the fire danger).

Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet building, perfect to relax and enjoy, so please no loud noise & no parties. Quiet Hours are between: 11PM and 8AM. We are in constant contact with the surrounding neighbours who will let us know if there is any disturbances.

NO SMOKING: Strictly NO smoking inside, on the balcony or in any outside areas.

PENALTIES: If any damage is caused, smoking takes place or there is evidence of a party there may a financial penalty plus we will request the repair costs plus the extra cleaning costs. If a guest coming in needs to be moved to another property due to the damage or smell of smoke still being present, we will also request the cost of that nights stay. Please respect these rules.
