The host was very accommodating to our changing needs. The home was very clean, comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
A short drive to the beach with a nice pool and plenty of seating out back. We had a few hiccups throughout our stay, but the host was quick to try to find a solution.
It was so wonderful and the property is perfect for swimming and hanging out. So close to walk over to the beach too. Property owner is so very kind too.
This home was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, had great amenities and the location was close to the beach and all key hotspots. The property manager was very accessible and quick to respond for any questions we had (logging into the internet, YouTube TV, etc). I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place and location to stay at Marco Island.
This property was close to multiple restaurants and the public access for the beach. We walked eveywhere. It may be a little far for families with small ones. There is public parking about 7 blocks from the house.

Great place in a great location
This house is in a great location. Just about 6 blocks from the public access to the beach and about the same to the local restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. The owner has plenty of beach chairs, bikes, a stroller, beach umbrella and all the things. The house has new appliances and plenty of room. The pool was perfect!
The property is very well laid out and great for families. Comfy beds and plenty of sheets, towels, and toiletries. The public beach access is a little less then a mile away, but could easily cut through any of the hotels depending on what you are bringing with you. All around great stay, easy check-in/out, and well stocked for a beach vacation.
We had a great time. The house was clean and had more than we expected. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrella. It was an easy walk to the public beach. If we had younger, there were chairs amd toys for them. It was close to resturants and activities. I would stay there again. Thank you for a great vacation thewere toys amd
This is a great house! It was just perfect for my sisters and I. Great location and easy communication. The house has great amenities. (Bikes, plenty of blankets and towels and many basics for your stay) I would absolutely stay here again.

Escape the cold north to Marco Island
We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable single family home in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of bikes in the garage to ride on all the bike lanes. The backyard was a comfortable place to hang out with a hammock, pool, and several lounge chairs. Inside big screen modern tv’s could stream any entertainment you might want. We also appreciated having access to the garage to park inside.

This property is EXACTLY what we needed for our weekend getaway to Marco Island. A brief 14-minute walk to the beautiful white sand beach with chairs and a cart. Close to a small plaza with shops and restaurants. The pool was perfect. The kitchen and grill were full of all supplies needed. Bedrooms and Bathrooms were comfy and clean. No complaints. The neighborhood was quiet and safe—easy check-in and check-out. Highly recommend!

Great location and home
We had a great time in Marco Island. Home was in a prime location and quiet neighborhood. We did end up driving to the beach because with little kids, the beach and all the gear is a little too far to walk. Home was well stocked with ample linens and kitchen items including basic spices, trash bags and paper products. Bathrooms were also nicely stocked with soaps and shampoos. The home does have some safety concerns and some updates needed. The outside deck had many dry rotted areas, exposed and popped nails, and is a hazard for kids or elderly. The grill as well was pretty dirty and we were not comfortable grilling in the condition it was in. The outside steps and sliding door combo is also slightly hazardous for kids and elderly as the doors do not open directly over the steps so it requires close attention. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Marco island

Marco Island Retreat
Three generations had the opportunity to relax at this wonderful escape in Marco Island for a couple of weeks in March. We found the location to be perfect for the beach, going out to eat, or simply strolling along Collier Avenue, all within 10-15 minutes reach of the residence. The house was well stocked and extremely well laid out. Upon entering front door, you encounter the living room which connects to a sunroom that opens out to the backyard oasis, where you'll find a pergola with dining table, ample seating for sunning yourself, and an immaculately clean pool. A Weber grill, which we used frequently during our stay can also be found in the backyard. On the inside, the kitchen and dining area reside next to the entry and living room. From there, one side of the house has the master and master bath while the other has the other 2 bedrooms (queen in one and 2 twins in the other) and full bath. In the garage, you'll find bicycles, lawn chairs, beach toys, and beach umbrellas, all for your use. On top of all this, the owner, Guillermo, was very pleasant, responsive, and easy to communicate with, and he did everything he could to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. Overall, we had a wonderful 2 week vacation in Marco Island, and our trip couldn't have been better!
We came for a girls weekend and the house was perfect! Huge kitchen and living room for nights in. The pool and outdoor area made the perfect staycation for the day. We were close to tons of restaurants and the beach. It was the perfect stay!
The house was adequate but needs updating. The outside decking is very warped and the pool needed a cleaning. The pantry was full of other people’s food. Needs to be cleaned out.

Response from VrboOwner on 4 June 2022
Hi Colleen, the homeowners work hard to provide an ideal stay for all their guests, and after reading your feedback, they wanted to share the following:
The deck can be considered on the older side, but we have treated it with the proper sealant, and it poses no harm. Also, all three beach chairs on top of the deck are top of the line, including the daybed. They're all new and in great condition.
The pool is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
The pantry is stocked with some items; however, all are checked to be closed and never opened. Many guests have provided positive feedback about the stocked pantry.
We're disappointed to hear this as we take great pride in providing a great service to our guests!
