The villa offers four bedrooms with two king beds and two queen beds, as well as four full bathrooms, providing generous space and comfort for guests traveling together.



The spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas are seamlessly connected and designed for both relaxation and entertaining. Large windows and sliding doors create a strong connection between indoor and outdoor living while showcasing the beautiful canal views.

Every year, we are in a different house in Cape Coral. This one was one of our best houses. The pool is great, the television is really big and the house has got one really big living room with a very modern style and really much light. The house is located in the lower "better" area of cape coral - we like it there very much. Neighborhood is quiet. The house is fully equipped with bikes, beach chairs, sun umbrellas and much more.

Great house . .. great time!

This property is completely as described. New construction; keenly appointed and very comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. All the towels - pool and bath -- you would need. We had people from 6 to 70 and well all enjoyed the property.

In honor of these owners…this place is exceptional. Quiet neighborhood and easy drives to all Cape Coral has to offer. Checkin and out was smooth and the pool/hot tub was gorgeous. There wasn’t a morning,day,evening we didn’t connect as a family by the pool area. We are so blessed to have spent holiday in this place. We made quick day trips to Siesta, Fort Myers, gator boat rides, and return calm and relaxed at this home. Thank you for hosting us…we r so blessed to have found this spot!!!

They have it all !!

This property was perfect !! They thought of everything…coat hangers, extra pillows/blankets, first aid kit, small tool kit, etc. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants to choose from and a Publix in every direction. Fishing from the dock was peaceful, the pool was refreshing and the hot tub was relaxing. I loved that there is a bathroom in every room and every room had a fan and tv. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. Very open floor plan and lots of space. I would most definitely stay here again.

I'm reluctant to say this property is fantastic because I don't want to find it fully booked every time I visit Cape Coral!Nevertheless... I am from the UK and have been holidaying in Florida for more than 20 years. I have rented many villas in Cape Coral and, after the owners of the last home-away-from-home vacation property sold their house, I have been trialling many different properties. Hurray ... Villa Gloriana!The property is exactly as advertised. It is modern, clean, spacious, and quite beautiful. If you are hurricane conscience, fear not. I was resident at the villa during Ian in 2022 (brutal) and Milton in 2024 (slightly less brutal). Apart from minor damage to the pool cage on both occasions, the villa stood strong and is above the flood plains.The pictures of the property speak for themselves. It’ll not disappoint. What you see is what you will get. I am never in Cape Coral without a boat - why would you be? - and access to the Caloosahatchee is about 10/15 minutes from the villa. You don’t need to hit the river for evening boat trips to Rum Runners or Fathoms either. Staff at the agency that manage the property are lovely. They couldn’t be more helpful.The villa is great. There is only one negative. If you like a family movie night, seating is not the best. It is minor in the grand scheme of things but it’s been voiced on our stays. This is not something that would influence our recurring booking.10/10

5-Star Beautiful, Immaculate, Modern Gem in Great Location

We spent 2 weeks at this well located, new construction, beautiful and perfectly appointed home. The house is very modern, light and bright with high ceilings, a great floor plan and tremendous outdoor living space. Excellent ceiling fans with remotes in every room and in the outdoor living space. Four bedrooms, all en suite with TVs. Master is large with spacious walk in closet and giant naturally lit bathroom, with dual vanities, large tub and nice walk in shower. Open living space with recliner and couch (wired with charging ports) separates the master from the other three bedrooms on the other side of the house. The kitchen is open and well appointed - including with the most organized and well-stocked drawers I have ever seen in a rental - with a counter with electrical/usb ports built in. Five seat breakfast table, also indoor dining table. This house has tremendous indoor/outdoor living. The sliders open up to give you a living room that extends out to the screened patio with multiple sitting and eating areas around a gorgeous geometric pool with hot tub that waterfalls into it. Good propane grill. Below is a large dock with a nice tiki hut on it providing additional place to sit right on the canal to take in the breeze. The home is right on a canal corner, so you get maximized water view. Very clean two car garage. Great laundry/washer/dryer. The management company is very responsive. Check-in and check-out very easy. This is also a quiet street – which is not always the case in Cape Coral. Also well located and easy to get to anything in the south area of the Cape (the Westin, rum runners, Publix, over to Fort Myers/Sanibel). Highly recommended - I am very picky and would definitely stay again.

Exquisite Property

The home was very open, modern in style, and clean. The location of the home was ideal for activities, beaches, and restaurants. The canal is great for boaters and so beautiful during the day. Lounging in the pool at night with the lights was always a favorite of ours. The surrounding area is very peaceful and in a great neighborhood. You will not be disappointed with the luxury of this home, the décor, the location, and the amenities!
