We had an amazing time staying at your lovely home. The house is gorgeous, very well appointed with amazing space. Lovely country feel with amazing view while sitting by the fire with a glass of wine. Property Manager was amazing, met us at the house and gave us a tour which was amazing. We will be back

Lovely house and surrounds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at 14 Elms. The house and amenities were fantastic. The property is only a 10 minute drive in Margaret River Centre. If you decide to go out, plan ahead and book taxis in advance.

This property is the private residence of the owners. It is temporarily being made available for short-term rental. The owners have invested their time, energy and love into building and developing the property and its gardens, and very much hope you will enjoy your stay in their home.

Why they chose this property

The property is ideally situated in rural Western Australia, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet only a few minutes drive from the towns of Margaret River and Witchcliffe. The famous Wadandi cycling track literally passes by the front gate. The home has all the space and facilities necessary for the perfect WA vacation, and a convenient base from which you can take in the sights and activities of the Margaret River region, famed for its vineyards, forests, beaches, breweries, restaurants and foodie delights.

What makes this property unique

LOCATION: 6 minutes drive from Margaret River, 2 minutes from Witchcliffe, 10 min from Prevelly/Gnarabup Beaches, 30 min from Augusta, 30 min from Vasse/Busselton/Dunsborough, 10 min from Mammoth Cave/Lake Cave
WINERIES: Walking distance to Leeuwin Estate and Voyager vineyards, and less than 20 min drive to over 90 wineries, microbreweries and distilleries in the MR region.
CYCLING: located on the Wadandi track (Rails to Trails), linking Cowaramup with Witchcliffe, and further afield if desired, this renowned cycling track takes you through some of the most beautiful natural bush, farmland and vineyards in the Margaret River region.
