This spectacular home is at the top of our list of great Fort Lauderdale area of properties. It has been completely remodeled and has a great open spilt floor plan - 3 bedrooms, 3 baths plus a private Florida room with HDTV and a desk with printer for your use. The great room is open to the kitchen and dining as well as has triple sliding doors that open to the patio and pool deck. Those with small children can ask for the optional childproof pool fence. Pool heating is also available upon request ($20/day additional). Enjoy working on your tan on one of the many chaise lounges on the pool deck. When it's dinner time a Charbroil gas grill is ready for some shrimp skewers or some steaks. Dine poolside and live the true South Florida lifestyle. When you're ready to hit the beach, which is only a 10 minute walk, we supply beach chairs, beach umbrellas, toys and floats as well as a cart. When you're here "It's Just Another Day in Paradise"!

You are truly in the best of both worlds with the ocean and beaches only steps away while enjoying the comfort of a beautiful pool home in a safe, family neighborhood. Area residents can be seen jogging, walking or riding bicycles at all hours of the day and evening. This meticulously kept property is located in the small town of Lauderdale by the Sea and is absolutely one of the best values in the area. Perfect home away from home!

Our family absolutely love staying at this home. Everything was clean and it was the perfect layout. The pool was perfect and we didn’t even have to use the heater. The host was very quick to respond to any questions that we had during our day as well. Beach and stores are within walking distance. This was a great location. My family and I had an amazing stay. The house is beautiful and only a short walk away from the beach. It was clean and well-equipped with all the essentials as well as some thoughtful surprises. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the pool. It was spacious and the perfect way to relax after spending long days in the sun. The hosts themselves were very gracious and attentive. Lauderdale by the Sea was a new area for my family to explore and we wanted a house with 3 beds and bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, short walk to restaurants and beach. This property nailed it! 4 members were coming from the cold north and they loved hanging by the heated pool. Publix grocery store was easy to access. We walked to restaurants and the beach every day! Also easy to explore the Lauderdale area. Hosts were very easy to deal with. House was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect getaway

We’ve stayed in Lauderdale by the sea before and the area is super family, friendly and never too overcrowded. The restaurants are walking distance and very good and there’s a ton more to choose from to get delivered to the house. The pool is perfect as there is shade on half the yard in the early afternoon Yet still plenty of sun if you want to be in it. Three full bedrooms and bathrooms plus a bonus and entertainment room and laundry room. There’s an air mattress and a rollaway bed and a pack and play and highchair for kids as well as the gate around the pool. The house couldn’t be better for a young family with kids no car needed you can walk to anything.
