Great setup for families with three bedrooms all on the same level. Kitchen had great "extras" like an air fryer. Appreciated having a garage space to keep our vehicle warm in the winter.
Clean and cozy property nestled in the beautiful pine trees of Flagstaff. Great location with nearby grocery store. We skied at Snowbowl and mountain biked in Sedona while staying here. I would stay here again.
My family and I came into town for a long weekend from Orange County, California to visit the Polar Express, North Pole Experience, Bearizona and the Grand Canyon. The home was centrally located and allowed us easily get to all of the attractions we came to see.
The house was clean, well stocked, and had a book of local recommendations that was really helpful. It was a convenient location and had everything we needed. I definitely recommend it!
We would stay here again. This property is tucked away in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Was very clean and roomy. Well stocked with kitchen items for cooking/eating. It is about 10-15 minutes from downtown area. Would be a nice place for a family with kids.
Quiet neighborhood, convenient location, clean, and comfortable.
The 2 king beds were comfortable, ideal for couples traveling together. This place has every convenience to make you feel at home like modern appliances, pots, pans, plates, etc. Sarah was great and attentive for all requests. We were lucky to find this gem here in Flagstaff.
Overall the house was good, however the garage door stopped working from a short after a storm. Property manager was not great at communicating in a timely or effective manner.

Wonderful Place. Poor listing. Charged 200 extra for damage deposit which I did not order. sent note 3 times without response. Obvious rip off on this. However, the location was good and the place was nice.
Overall the house was good. The positives were it fit our family well, was clean and had the necessary cooking tools. The beds were too firm for our liking but that is a personal thing. The carpet upstairs has seen better days. It might just need to be re-stretched but it has several spots were it has loosened and could be a tripping hazard. Location was excellent and the neighborhood was very quiet.
As for the negative. I have never dealt with a property management company that was this difficult to work with. Sara, who is the representative for the property management company, does not respond to emails nor does she answer the phone. We checked in at 4pm and the house was unlocked. Come to find out, the front door had to be pulled with great force to lock and unlock. I attempted to call Sara, but no answer and her voicemail was full. I texted her and she did respond. I again tried to call her as it was easier to explain by talking to her and the call went straight to voicemail. Another text and she answered but said she would send a maintenance person out, but never heard from her again nor did any maintenance person show up.
So, all in all, this rental was nice but could be better in this competitive market.
Very nice house in nice neighborhood. convenient to Grand Canyon and for Williams and Flagstaff sightseeing.
House was spacious and had everything we needed.
