Welcome to our charming and distinctive 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully refurbished Terrace Home, with all modern conveniences.
Heritage listed and built in the 1850's, comfortably sleeping 6 guests a stone's throw from everywhere you want to be.

If you are looking for something really special, I’d say you’ll find it here.

The house features: Large open kitchen with state of the art Lacanche French hand made stove, Giotto commercial coffee machine, French door fridge with ice maker, oak timber floors, stainless steel benches, wine fridge, Bosch dishwasher and plenty of everything else.

The kitchen leads into a sunny travertine and reclaimed timber decked back garden with unground solar heated swimming pool and a large entertainment area. Due to Melbourne’s freezing winters, the swimming pool is decommissioned during the winter and is put into hibernation. There is also a BBQ pizza oven and teak dining table, lounge chairs & benches.

The house is very bright inside as it hosts lots of skylights on the upper floor. Wooden floor throughout the house. European laundry with Bosch washing machine and independent dryer.
3 large light filled and quite bedrooms, exquisitely furnished & extremely comfortable. The first two bedrooms have king size beds, and bedroom 3 has two single beds which come together to make a king size bed if required. Each bed comes with quality linen.

The main family shower room built entirely with Travertine and Italian smoked marble with a double walk in shower, then 2 further cloakrooms; 1 under the stairs on the ground floor, and another cloakroom/ change room outdoors by the pool.

The house come with unlimited complimentary WI/FI, flat screen TVs in each room with complimentary Apple TV (use your account)

Ideally situated in St Kilda's prime location on quiet leafy Acland St Hill, close to all major eating and shopping streets but well set back for a quiet and private stay. Only 100m from iconic St Kilda Beach
and only 15 minutes tram to the CBD.

St. Kilda Heritage House

We had a wonderful stay in St. Kilda and this beautiful heritage house. Full of charm, plus top notch modern finishes. Beautifully appointed kitchen and main bath and plenty of space to spread out as a family. Would love to visit again during warmer months so as to enjoy the pool and yard. Thank you very much for a perfect stay.

Stunning house in the best location. Wait until you see the kitchen…….

The house was everything we wanted and more. Beautifully designed with every creature comfort you could imagine. Spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, plenty of plush towels and a tv screen in every room. Interiors have been carefully considered and I can only imagine lovingly created by the well-travelled owners with a keen eye for design. The kitchen blew my mind and is a foodie’s absolute delight. Hosts were super friendly and always available if needed. Gorgeous welcome pack and pre-warmed rooms awaited us on arrival. The location is perfect winter and summer - a walk from the beach, boutiques, bars and restaurants as well as public transport. Located in a quiet residential street with ample parking. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Melbourne.

Superb “Classic” Melbourne house with every modern amenity.

This lovely and spacious home deserves every bit of its 5 star rating. It is thoughtfully supplied with everything you need to feel right at home, including incredibly comfortable king sized beds, strong wi-fi, an accessible laundry and a kitchen that leaves nothing wanting. There are large Smart TVs on both floors, but you won’t need them because the sumptuous garden just begs you to spend time outdoors, lounging under the flowering plants or relaxing in the lovely pool. AND the location is fantastic. Park your car on the quiet leafy street and leave it there. You are within a short, easy walk of absolutely everything: restaurants, retail, the beach, Luna Park, coffee shops, the famous Acland St cake shops and trams to museums and the CBD. Three generations of us found something to enjoy every day. Highly recommend!
