The Second Bedroom: Offers a plush Queen-sized bed, dual built-in wardrobes, and a decorative heritage fireplace that adds a stunning focal point to the room.
Open-Plan Living & Dining
Continue down the hallway, passing a beautifully styled console table, to reach the bright and airy open-plan living area.
The Living Room: Designed with a soothing, neutral palette, this room features ultra-comfortable linen couches, a Smart TV, a wall-mounted reverse-cycle heat pump for perfect climate control, and large French doors that flood the space with Tasmanian sunshine.
The Dining Area: Anchored by an elegant oval wooden dining table paired with four stylish dark leather-framed chairs. The room is rich with personality, featuring a magnificent timber mantelpiece, curated local artwork (including a striking highland cow print), and coffee table books celebrating Tasmanian walks and design.
Fully Appointed Kitchen & Bath

The Tiered Garden: Elegant concrete steps with modern wire balustrades lead up from the patio to an elevated, lush grassed area. It is a peaceful spot to admire the surrounding greenery and local birdlife.

Very comfortable and well-equipped home that is near all that Launceston has to offer. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Furniture is comfortable and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay. Note, if you are driving you should know that you must move your vehicle every 2 hours during the day Mon - Fri to avoid parking tickets.
Great house in a perfect spot. Central to everything. Just a short walk to town, cafes and restaurants. The kitchen was very functional with the basics already in the cupboard..such a help. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I would definitely stay here again
