Serene location with extremely comfortable, clean and spacious stay. Very Family friendly house. We had a 2 year old with us and the house had everything to keep our baby and us comfortable. We spent the best 1 week of our life there and came back lot more peaceful and relaxed than what we were when we started our 1 week. Will definitely come back again!!!

Stayed locked out with not the right password number for almost 2 hours. The property manager including myself calling andbleavi g messages with owner. I finally got in. Not with any help of the owner. It took the owner almost 4 hours to call me back. I was already at the store getting more groceries that i had to replace since i was locked out with food. Also bring ur own barbecue pit. I asked owner for weeeeeks before going to check if they had one and they never replied. I had to go buy one. Also bring ur own pans cause they have a few and they allll suck and are dirty. The place was nice but lots of spiders. Also bring ur own toilet paper and anything i can think of because theg have nothing. Ive always staryed in places every year and this one was by fare the worst. Also did not cut grass so walking around with very high grass. I was very disappointed and spent a lot of money and extra money that needed to be spent cause they did not have anything.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear your stay fell short of expectations. The homeowner would like to provide the following clarifications:- We were surprised to hear about the lockout issue, as the entry code provided by Evolve has remained the same and hasn’t caused problems for past guests.- We don’t advertise a barbecue grill in the listing, and we were not aware of any messages asking about one before your stay.- We’ve stocked the kitchen with a standard set of pots and pans, and this is the first time we’ve received concerns about their quality or cleanliness. - Since the home is in a rural area, occasional sightings of spiders can happen, though this hasn’t been a common issue. - We stocked each bathroom with two toilet paper rolls and placed extras in the nearby closets. Thank you for letting us know about your visit.
Please don’t take this property serious it is not what they say there are no reviews the property contact manager was on contactable . The fire pit was a disgusting mess a bunch of cinderblocks thrown together we actually had to use a shovel from the neighbor Don that was very nice . More spiders and bugs in this house that we had to clean the house when we got there thank God I brought two of my friends with me because I knew it was going to be a s h but it was already paid for and we had no choice but to go I was very iffy about this property and I’m sorry that I ever rented it there was barely any mountains around no water hose not your normal getaway home I would stay far away from this place as I could and never go back to the Susquehanna river or that town again that was nothing to do there we went on the river we all started itching and had allergic reactions because it was brown phone and as we walked down the River We realized how polluted it really was I’ve never seen so much garbage and stuff in my life and I live in Long Island New York and I seen some pretty polluted stuff but not as polluted as this was Rent this place of your own discretion good luck

Hi Joseph, while we want our guests to enjoy their stay here, we also need them to respect the house rules and treat the property as their own. We take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following:
- We were disappointed to read your feedback that our home did not meet your expectations, we have since your stay checked for any missed communication from you and could find no record of missed calls or emails, had you reached out we would have been more than happy to address any issues or concerns you may have had during your stay. Evolve did try to contact you by phone and email but did not receive a response.
- We use local, professional photographers to make sure that the listing photos correctly reflect the property so guests can decide before booking if the decor and our home meet their expectations.
- Due to the location of the home insects can be prevalent in the area, we encourage our guests to keep the doors closed to prevent them from entering the home.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Beauty, Peace, Serenity at its best and Excellence all around
We spent 3 nights at this beautiful, well stocked home and made some beautiful memories. The house was big enough for our party of 7 including a child and everyone was very comfortable. The house was stocked with all the things that we ever needed in these 3 days. It was as completely as described and as shown in the pictures. We reached later than we expected on the evening of our check-in and the snacks provided by the owner came in very handy. Everything was as expected in the house and was very thoughtfully planned/provided by the owner. We could see attention to details all around the house.
The owner was also very responsive and responded to all the questions we had prior to checking in. The location also is phenomenal, very beautiful, calm, and serene. It is a place where one can go and reconnect with themselves. I have nothing negative to say about the property or the location.
All in all a beautiful experience, we would certainly return to this house again and recommend to all our friends and family. Truly a home away from the home.

Wonderful times at this beautiful escape
Let me start by saying the house itself and the views are great. This house is a rare gem with a beautiful mix of peace, scenic beauty and comfort. There are beautiful views all around and the owners have made sure the house has everything for the guest's comfort. We found everything we needed as a family, be it kitchen needs, books, games, high chair or pack n play. Covered deck was an asset and we were able to enjoy the outdoors without getting too hot in the sun or soaked in the rain. All in all an amazing experience, would definitely go back and also fully recommend to family and friends.

Fantastic! Amazing! Peaceful! Serene! Beautiful... Can't say enough
We went to this serene and beautiful house in Susquehanna and spent 4 days there. Out of all the short term rentals we have done so far (and we have done many), this by far was the most comfortable and welcoming stay. The house was very clean, well stocked and had everything that we needed for our family of 4. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans we needed for the amount of cooking we needed to do.
The views were outstanding. The whole experience was so peaceful and tranquil that we never wanted to return. The views are magical, not just from the living room ( which BTW is a million dollar view) but also from every bedroom. It is a rare combination of beautiful mountain and river views. Grocery store is just a short drive away.
All in all, this was a very happy place for us where we made very happy memories together as a family. We would definitely visit again, just for a longer period next time. Thank you sharing your serene paradise with us.
