Parking situation is a mess
This unit is nicely appointed, but the parking instructions are completely incorrect. The website to which it directs you cannot locate any available parking in Winter Park and it lists the price incorrectly. The contact email and phone number on the pre-arrival email do not get connect to people who can help you - no one responded to my inquiry email, and the people that we reached via phone stated they did not handle our property.
When we arrived, we went to the Zephyr Mtn Lodge for help with arranging parking and they helped us walk through the correct website and pay $20 for parking. We were able to get in to the garage, but when we tried to leave it did not recognize our confirmation number from our new parking reservation. The person who answered the "Help" button call from the pay kiosk at the exit stated they would look in to the situation and have it fixed in an hour. When we tried to re-enter the garage an hour or so later the QR parking code was still not recognized. We entered our phone number to enter the garage and that apparently generated a new parking ticket that was charging us $99/day. In talking with other guests staying in this condo complex, they experienced the same issues.
In conclusion, the unit itself has great proximity to the WP base area and lifts, and is a nice condo. But the parking situation is bad enough to make me look for another option next time we come to Winter Park.
