Amazing weekend in a perfect location to relax and unwind, away from it all. The cabin was beautiful and well stocked with everything a family would need for a stay. We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing stay
We loved staying here. It was so nice being able to walk right out to the beach and lake and then come inside and cook in the beautiful kitchen. We watched a movie in the sunroom and went into town for Stockholm’s famous pie.
We were able to travel to this beautiful place in charming Stockholm Wi. The family took great care in their planning and building of this cabin! Our family attended the wedding in Pepin and enjoyed both communities. The kids and adults loved the beach and deck. And we had a first time kayakers who went their family. A very memorable time! Thank you! Great hosts!
We had a wonderful time at the lake cabin! The check in process was easy, communication with Jeremiah was very helpful and responsive! The property is beautiful, feels like you are really getting away from everyday life. The views from the house are spectacular, huge windows and views from every angle. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, very well equipped kitchen with large island, lovely sunroom and very comfortable beds in the bedrooms. I highly recommend this property!

Hey Mary, Thanks for the great review! I'm so happy everything met your expectations. Please consider staying again!
We had the best time in Stockholm & Pepin. The cabin and owners were wonderful. The location was ideal and the cabin and its location on the river was gorgeous!
We had a great time at this place! You cant beat the location right on the beach. The fishing was great right off the dock and the kids had fun swimming, kayaking, and playing in the sand. The adults enjoyed watching the bald eagles catch fish, the sailboats and barges passing by.
We had a great time staying at this property! The house is beautiful, the lake views and access are wonderful and we enjoyed some great family time. We also enjoyed venturing out to local restaurants, the pie shop and the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our time in this beautiful home. It's in a perfect location and is an easy walk into town. It was very clean, well-appointed and the host, Jeremiah, was very responsive and communicative. Highly recommended!
Very interesting property with incredible bird watching on the sandy shores of Lake Pepin. Well-designed cabin features large windows overlooking the lake and backwaters where you'll see lots of wildlife. Cabin is well-equipped with whatever you might need to enjoy a very comfortable stay.
Beautiful home in peaceful location. Home was modern and non cluttered in design, which we love. With a well stocked kitchen and bathroom that saves a lot of extra packing. Good to know for next time, because we'll definitely be back!

Amazing views from every window
Rrcently booked a weekend stay for a girls trip and everything was wonderful. Host responsive, everything we needed to enjoy a soul filling weekend. Only thing I would add for information to share is if you are coming in for the first time, daylight and following the excellent turn by turn directions are crucial for finding the place.
This beach house is beautiful inside and out. The scenery was so amazing with a peaceful beach and lake on one side and wetlands and Eagles on the other. The home has wrap around windows and a huge deck to enjoy. It has all the modern amenities you need but still feels comfortable. It was my dream beach home!

Amazing views!
I stayed at this house with 5 friends for a girls weekend. We really enjoyed this house and the views were amazing. The house was very comfortable and the living/kitchen areas were spacious.Highly recommend and plan to stay here again. I appreciated the kind and welcoming messages from the homeowner. The contact from the homeowner with instructions for locating the house was spot on.
Nice property with beautiful views!!! The property was really clean!!! One suggestion is to have a TV in all the bedrooms. The couch needs to be replaced in the sunroom visibly soiled. We didn’t use the sunroom, nobody wanted to sit on the couch.
Home was so nice. Bedrooms were very comfortable. The he cabin was well stocked with pantry items and LOTS of cooking utensils/pots/pans/etc. So nice to have a washer and dryer too. Kids loved the sand and trampoline. Only issue for us was it’s listed as four parking spots, and we had our boat/trailer with us. However, there were multiple trees in the parking area which made parking the trailer very challenging. We managed to make it work parking it elsewhere though. Other than that, would highly recommend!
We had a very nice time at the house, and the house are great. I have a few issue though. We couldn’t at all get in contact with the contact person - and that was quite frustration, as we had some questions during our stay. Another thing was that all plates and ‘glasses’ were in plastic. We are all adults, and making a nice dinner with a nice glass of wine - eating and drinking from plastic, well would have been nice with at least a glass not in plastic. But the house was very well equiped with towels, soap, things for cooking etc.
As we come from Europe and are not familiar with the area at all it would have been good to know that there was a railway close to the house, with very big and Long trains many times during nights.
We were 6 adults - a family - in the house, and we really enjoyed our stay.
