Experience the epitome of luxury at our exquisite 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condominium in North Beach Village, Holmes Beach. This stunning property boasts a beautifully designed coastal-inspired interior, complete with wood laminate flooring throughout. The spacious living area features expansive windows that showcase breathtaking tropical views, a large flat-screen TV with cable package, and plush seating. Adjacent to the living room, a game area awaits, equipped with a foosball table, board games, puzzles, and books for endless entertainment. Step out onto the screened lanai, surrounded by picturesque palm trees, and unwind in style..

The kitchen has updated stainless appliances and everything you need to enjoy your time on vacation. Also on the main level is a half bath/laundry room. Just upstairs is a beautiful primary bedroom with a king bed, television, and en suite updated bath, as well as access to a private balcony. The primary bath has double sinks and a large walk-in tiled shower with a seat. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twins. The second full bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. On the ground level, enjoy sitting out on the deck area while grilling your dinner. Venture over to the heated community pool and relax in the lounge chairs or go for a swim.

You may not want to leave, but when you are ready to venture out, the beautiful beaches of Anna Maria Island are only a block away; There are also great dining and shopping opportunities within a few blocks, or hop on the free Anna Maria Trolley and explore the Island.

While we know you love your furry friends, this property is not pet friendly. Please make other arrangements for your pets.

Beautiful Condo

The condo was located in a beautiful section of Holmes Beach. The walk to the beach was mostly covered through a unique area and took about 5 minutes. We really enjoyed our time there and will definitely return in the future.

North Beach always a good stay!

Our Happy Place

We absolutely love AMI and return here every year. This is our second time staying in North Beach Village (first time in this unit), and once again, we were so happy we chose it! It is a short walk to the beach and to some shops/food establishments/gym. The house itself was wonderful! We found it clean and well-stocked. Wonderful communication with property management! Looking forward to next year!

Awesome condo!

Great, clean, modern condo! Loved having 2.5 baths and 3 bedrooms! Location was an easy walk to the beach (65th street entrance). The fooseball table was a hit and the washer/dryer worked well. Any message I sent was promptly responded to. Loved it!

Beautiful Townhouse

Townhouse was updated and very spacious. Lots of beach stuff to use during our stay. Management company's communication was very good. Only non-5 star comment was the beach access is a little farther than we would have preferred. Other than that, the six of us would stay there again without hesitation.

Great location and relaxing atmosphere

We really enjoyed this property and would strongly consider it again if we return to AMI. I loved the fact there was a balcony both on the front and back of the property because sometimes I wanted sun and sometimes I wanted shade. Back balcony is screened which can help in case of bugs. I do wish the controls on the thermostat would allow me to turn it a little cooler, but I can't say we were uncomfortable and understand the manager wanting to control energy levels. Short walk to several restaurants including the Ugly Grouper and a 5-8 minute walk to the beach. Nice, quiet, shaded area that doesn't have the front door right on a busy street. Overall a great stay.

Dream beach vacation

Second time on AMI, first time at this property. We had a wonderful stay at this North Beach Village Townhome. It is only 4 minutes by foot from the pristine beaches of Anna Maria Island. Pros: Clean, beautifully decorated; extremely comfy beds, location (walk to beach and restaurants), kitchen very well equipped with all that you might need to cook a meal. Fast wifi. Tons of space for our family of 5 with 2 teenage kids. Beach equipment complete with wagon and 5 chairs. Outdoor shower. The community pool, although it does not look special on the photos, was a gem. Never crowded and it is heated. So nice to get into and just feel comfortable. There are no cons. We hope to be back soon here!

Spacious, comfortable, quiet, and clean

Our first visit to AMI and this was a great place to stay, exactly as advertised. We were three single adult family members who each wanted their own rooms and this was perfect though we had room for many more! Would be cost-effective & comfortable for 2-3 couples (note, one room has 2 twin beds) or a much larger family or group (there is also a pull out couch in the living room). The kitchen and common areas were awesome for cooking and hanging out. Loved the secluded setting on a private way; very quiet with no traffic noise. Was not sure what to expect post-hurricane (we stayed in Feb 2025) but the trees are still there as in the photos - the deck off the bedroom with ensuite bath was especially lovely for watching birds in the treetops. Other unexpected perks: The washer/dryer was very convenient! The water dispenser on the fridge was a great feature and the water tasted good! We used the free trolley to explore different ends of the island without worrying about parking or contributing to the traffic problem, though there are 2 parking spots for the house. If/When we stay again we will probably make a point of getting up early to walk on the beach every day, a habit we developed later in the week. Would definitely stay again if given the opportunity!
