Romar Place 703 is a three-bedroom, two-bath Gulf-front condominium offering an incredible view from the 7th floor.

• Access to the balcony is available from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• Vinyl plank flooring extends throughout the unit.



• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed in your home away from home. The dining table seats six, with three additional barstools at the counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The living area has a sofa sleeper.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.



• The second bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom has a queen-size bed.



• Skip the long lines - keyless entry ensures convenient check-in and check-out.



ROMAR PLACE HOA RULES:



• This is a non-smoking unit, including the balcony.



• Guests are required to purchase parking passes on-site upon arrival. Limit of two passes per unit, $50 each (credit or debit cards only). Maximum of two cars allowed.



• Trailers and RVs are prohibited on the property.



• Minimum age to rent is 25.



• The Romar Place HOA strictly enforces a maximum of eight guests per unit, including children, and a maximum of two vehicles.



• Registered guests are not allowed to have visitors on the property during the summer season (May through Labor Day).



• Mail and packages cannot be sent to the unit or property.

We had a great trip to Gulf Shores! I am so glad we stayed at Romar Place, it was very clean and had plenty of room for me and my two kids and one other guest. Everyone had their own space when they needed it. If we go again, I would definitely book here!

Condo is as shown in photos. Beds were comfy. The 2 extra bedrooms do not have much space but it worked. There was no pantry so hard to keep the kitchen picked up. No balcony privacy and we really love to sit on the balcony. Beautiful beach / ocean view though. Staff was very friendly. It was a good stay.

The condo was clean. The owners were attentive. They contacted me via text and email to make sure everything was ok and how to contact them if there were any issues. They sent detailed instructions on parking and check in and check out. The condo was very close to the beach. The elevator was quick. The pool was nice and everything was as advertised. Had an excellent time. My wife, myself and 3 children plus nephew and niece enjoyed our time here. Clean and comfortable with amazing beach views and breeze. Staff polite, beach literally steps from room. Jets flew down the coast line at one point, a spectacle. Friendly environment with beachgoers comming out walking coastline at night creating beautiful scenery. Tropical falls waterpark 25 min away (had a blast) as well as urgent care, publix, resturants and anything else you could think of. Great location on beach strip. 10 min drive from florida.

We love OBA!

Great location with amazing food options near by. Sits directly between GS & OBA! Very clean with an amazing view. Small, but mighty! Very family oriented. It was peak Spring Break season but quiet and perfect for a small family getaway. My only con was there wasn’t any blankets. There was a thin cover for a “comforter” for the sofa bed but could have used another blanket throw.
