The property is conveniently located near everything in downtown Ludington and just minutes from the beach. Check-in was straightforward and parking was excellent. The condo was tidy and had all we needed in terms of kitchen utensils for meals.
Very impressed with the cleanliness, everything was beautiful. Bed was extremely comfortable. Right in downtown so we were able to walk a lot of places! Very very nice. Would definitely book again.
We liked the property, was nice, clean. The trucks at the ice cream distribution facility across the street were a bit noisy in the early AM. Other than that, it was very nice - we would definitely consider staying again. Just a thought, but they may consider changing the mattress, was a little too soft.
Exceptionally clean, wonderfully decorated condo in the heart of it all
Very clean, cozy condo off the Main Street in downtown Ludington. Walking distance to the beach, steps from the House of Flavors and shops/dining. Loved the balcony with great people watching and even a glimpse of the Badger Ferry from afar. Prepare for a little traffic noise on busy weekends and holidays as this property is on the main thoroughfare. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again.
This little spot is perfectly located. It's a short walk to the beach and central to shopping and restaurants. It's stylish and spacious. We found it to be aptly stocked with essentials to get you started. The washer and dryer mean you can pack lightly and the A/C works very well to keep you cool. The host was easy to contact and friendly. The spot is located near the House of Flavors distribution center and along the main drive through town so it IS noisy. After reading this in previous reviews, we downloaded white noise apps to our phones and slept perfectly well both nights we were there. We will definitely stay here again when we make our way to Ludington.
My spouse, 9yr old child, 5yr old chihuahua mix and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and all had a great experience. It’s cozy, conveniently located right on the edge of downtown Ludington, and only a block from the House of Flavors! Appliances look new, plenty of towels and extra blankets and bedding in the bathroom closet. We had no neighbors during our stay so it was quiet. A couple notes: - The one bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom so keep in mind if anyone will be using the sofa bed.- Also, while the sofa bed is quite firm the bed in the private room is quite soft, so keep that in mind based on your sleep preference.
The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was outfitted well, although we did absolutely zero cooking with so many places in town. The balcony was a nice place to relax. The only negative aspects were the heavy traffic, (but this is to be expected downtown), and the amenities list was not accurate; as there was not a hairdryer or hangers. Overall, it was a nice stay on a perfect holiday weekend.

Nice place
The condo was very clean but I wish it had a few more amenities like a hair dryer and a tv to watch without bringing your own controls. Hotels at least provide tv and a hairdryer. Even one roll of toilet paper was cheap. It also had a truck loading dock out the window which provided noise throughout the night as the trucks moved. Access was very easy getting into the place.

Response from VrboOwner on 23 August 2023
Hi Beth, we want our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we apologize that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:
- We are surprised to hear your feedback about the TVs. There are two TVs with three different remotes at our home. There is one Vizio brand remote for each TV and another remote for the cable TV in the living room.
- As is standard in the vacation rental industry, the homeowner provides a starter amount of toiletries and other essential supplies for our guests. We have also ordered a new hair dryer for our guests.
- Generic products may be offered at times to accommodate all guest comfort and preferences. We can invest in better quality toilet paper. We apologize if the products provided did not fit your needs.
Your feedback is important to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to resolve these concerns. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review!
Cute upper 1 bedroom. Great location to marina and all downtown. The downside is the ice cream factory across the street. Semi trucks coming and going. The beds were great including the sofa sleeper. Kitchen adequate but could use more kitchen accessories. Only one kitchen towel. Great air conditioning.
Overall it was very cute and had a great location right downtown within walking distance to lots of cool shops, the beach, some playgrounds, nice places to eat, cute bars, etc. the downside of being right in downtown is that there is an ice cream factory next door and the trucks can be loud at all hours. But on the other hand, you're a block away from an ice cream factory which is excellent. The bed was comfy, the appliances all worked as expected. My only criticism is that the shower was very hard to work with and went from very hot to very cold without much in between. Other than that we had an excellent stay.

Location, location, location
The location of this apartment is fantastic. When we visited, the weather was on the colder side, but I can easily see this being the perfect spot for warmer weekends. Being within walking distance to town, the beach, and the marina made for some really enjoyable morning walks. We were in town for a wedding, and being able to walk to and from the venue was a huge plus. The rental itself was very nice. We loved the high ceilings and the fact that there was no one above us. Also, the unit smelled SO good. Always nice when walking back into the apartment. There's a lot of development happening in the area-- a new bar was just about to open right below the unit, which adds to the vibrant atmosphere. The only downside was the checkout instructions. It felt unreasonable to be charged a hefty cleaning fee and still be asked to strip the beds and take out the trash. For the price, that should really be handled by the cleaning service.

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in
Day & Night: Loud Trucks
Property was good, however, 200 feet from the townhouse was the Shipping & Receiving dock for a food service factory and semi-trucks were coming and going night and day! Very noisy!!
We will never book with VRBO again without searching google earth ourselves. Very disappointed.
I was unaware that the unit we stayed in had an 18 step stairway to access it until after I booked it. It was in a convenient location, but the trucking depot across the street created a lot of noise early in the morning. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the kitchen had a nearly depleted roll of paper towels and when I requested it to be replenished the contact person advised it was my responsibility to replenish it. The designated parking space was on the far side of the parking lot not close to the entryway.
