Very peaceful and relaxing; spectacular views. Very clean. Didn’t ski, that’s why the 1 star, you should have an option for not applicable or not relevant to my stay. No issues with the VRBO whatsoever. Owner very responsive.

We stayed here while my husband ran the Leadville 100. He was able to walk to the start line and I could watch the runners from the deck. The views of the mountains were great too. The inside of the home was much nicer than expected when you drive up.

Hi, We're delighted to hear that our property was a convenient and enjoyable place for you while your husband participated in the Leadville 100. The pleasant surprise of finding the interior nicer than expected is wonderful to hear. Thank you for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back in the future for more memorable moments and beautiful mountain views!
We stayed for a few days to relax and enjoy some cross-country skiing (access to the mineral belt trail is just a few blocks away). The place was clean and well stocked. We have a 16 month old baby and asked for an early check in to help with timing her nap. The host was very responsive and accommodating. G

Great location, great updates. Just needs attention to little details
Great location, great updates. Just needs attention to little details- a few window seals broken or cracked - boards on patio warped - dog hair on a few items in home - screens missing on a few windows (which is important bc they have to be open for cool air in summer given no AC)- hot tub needed cleaning Overall, would stay again. But, needs a bit of TLC
