Apartment Palazzuolo is located in the historic district of Santa Maria Novella, literally a 5-minute walk from the city's main train station. Its central position between Santa Maria Novella Church, undoubtedly one of the greatest masterpieces of the thirteenth century, and the Arno River, allows you to reach all major sites such as the Dome of Santa Maria del Fiore, the Baptistery, Ponte Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria easily by foot. Moreover, if you have a car, there's a car park just in front of my house. The newly refurbished apartment is comfortable and cozy and has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in the “Cradle of the Renaissance”. It is situated in a quiet area and consists of a large living room, perfect for relaxation after a stroll, a modern kitchen with all you need to cook for yourself, one bathroom and a charming bedroom with a balcony. In the living room there is also a sofa bed, which makes the apartment ideal for a couple or for a family of 4 people.

Chouette appartement, conforme à la description

L'appartement est bien situé (à proximité de la gare, d'une pharmacie et d'une supérette) et l'on peut rejoindre rapidement les attractions touristiques de Florence. Quartier immédiat un peu 'glauque' le soir mais rien d'inquiétant. L'appartement est silencieux , bien équipé et agréable.

Zweckmäßige gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Klimaanlagen im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer.

Wohnung sehr ruhig nach dem Hinterhof ausgerichtet. Aussicht daher nicht so toll. Sehr zentral in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und vielen Buslinien.

Daniel received us in person for the key transfer and gave some important info about the apartment. The apartment is very well located - walking distance from all the major tourist attractions. Good location for walking places.

Our host was excellent helping us find the place & was very nice. We liked they we were close to a lot of sites and close to the stain station.
