As you step into your suite, you'll be greeted by brand-new furnishings that were meticulously curated. Smart flat-screen TVs grace the rooms, equipped with Hulu for your evening or rainy-day entertainment. In our kitchenettes, you'll find retro mini-fridges or full refrigerators, stoves, ovens, Keurig coffee makers, toasters, blenders, and a complete array of kitchenware, catering to both short- and long-term stays.
While this ground-level retreat may appear unassuming, it unveils the opulence of a King-sized bed that cradles two guests in pure comfort. Each suite boasts a commodious full-size bathroom, complete with a blow dryer, iron, ironing board, and a luggage rack. For ultimate comfort and tranquility, blackout shades conceal behind bamboo blinds, ensuring restful nights and rejuvenating afternoon siestas. Additionally, for our furry friends, your pets are embraced with open arms upon approval, accompanied by a pet fee to ensure their delightful stay.

With one parking spot provided per unit and complimentary Wi-Fi, your comfort and convenience are our utmost priorities. Most of our units comfortably accommodate two adults, except for unit 8, which generously sleeps four.
A signed contract and a valid ID are requisite for check-in, and for your safety, exterior cameras and shared hallway cameras diligently record audio and video 24/7. Please be mindful that climbing stairs may be necessary to access certain areas of the property.
Don't hesitate to inquire about renting the entire property for a special event, be it a reception, anniversary celebration, or corporate retreat.
Units 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and the washer and dryer occupy the second floor, requiring stairs for access. Units 6, 7, 8, and 9 reside on the ground level. Everything was great. We have stayed here before and even though there were a couple of changes/upgrades since we were there in May of 2024 it seemed like we were coming home.
Loved that it included parking, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers, and bikes. Bed was firm but comfortable. The only thing I would’ve like to have is another blanket on the bed!
What a great experience! The property itself was adorable, clean, in the heart of Pass-A-Grille, but across street from the beach! It could not have been better. The support staff for this unit is incredibly responsive. We WILL be back! The saltwater pool was amazing, bikes were a bonus!

The only issue i had was the TV. I didn't like how I had to sign into spectrum to just watch TV. I know we were not in the room much cause it was so beautiful in PAG. Everything else was great. The pool was beautiful. I can't wait until next trip.
Great location! Room was clean, comfortable bed. The only drawback was there was no toilet paper left in the unit. I used the message option and left a voicemail after we checked in. We did not get toilet paper until the next day at 1 pm. That was after I had to call back (no one checked my messages or the vm). I had to call a 2nd time the next day before someone actually brought over toilet paper. It was annoying
I think it was nice! I couldn't make it due to last minute emergency and never heard back from anyone about anyting.
