This was a great stay! It is a fully furnished & nicely decorated apartment. My Dad & I enjoyed ourselves very much. We were able to walk to breakfast & dinner when we didn’t want to cook. And when we wanted to stay in & relax, the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to be able to come back someday.

This spot was perfect for me, my husband, and my son. It was so well equipped with everything we needed to cook, a 9 minute walk to the health food store and a 5 min walk to dozens of coffee shops and eateries. I worked remotely while here and it was lovely. The relaxing vibe was incredible. Such a warm and peaceful little space. Hosts were tremendously helpful on so many fronts. Can’t wait to stay again!

My family stayed here for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. The neighborhood is so charming and has so many places to eat and explore. It is very convenient to getting around with either car or bus. Lorie was very helpful and welcoming and available if we needed anything. Comfy beds and a nice patio to hang out on and eat dinner together. Very nice!

We had the BEST stay at this property. It is the cleanest place we've ever stayed, quiet, all cooking and toiletry essentials and more, and beautiful. We even picked some of the blackberries growing in our host's urban forest. Sitting on the private porch to eat meals and relax was our favorite. Our host responded right away to any questions we had. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. Thank you for an amazing place to stay!

Everything we needed was available to us. Apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet, walkable to many shops, restaurants, beautiful environment in which to stroll. We did not cook, but had we, every item we might have wanted to use seemed to be present. We met our host who was extremely likable and helpful. Overall, a most pleasant experience for my first VRBO stay. If I return, will definitely want to stay here.

I really loved this stay. They had everything ready and clean. It was only a block to Moreland Ale House and a few blocks from Wallace Books. My old stomping grounds. The garden was also adorable! I’d like to stay here each time I fly back home. Only thing missing was a pitcher to keep my water cold. Which is nothing, more an FYI. Thanks to Lori for providing such a nice place.

The biggest plus for our stay was the well sized, properly stocked kitchen. I love trying new restaurants (there are several within walking distance) but need a home cooked meal now and again. Plenty of seating for lounging after a long day of hiking/sight seeing/whatever floats your boat. In short, we found this property to be clean, cozy, in a very walkable and quiet neighborhood, and would absolutely book it again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great stay here! The apartment was well appointed, everything was as shown and described. Lorie was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had questions. Loved the area! Very walkable, a fun natural area for the kids to play and several restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent apartment and experience: clean, well-stocked, comfortable, bright with lots of windows, good internet, quick response to questions. Kitchen was easy to cook in, and the shower set up was convenient (1 room with toilet, separate room with shower). Stay was as expected, just do note that you occasionally hear footsteps, etc. from upstairs (this was clearly 3 planned in the description). If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here!

Quiet apartment in great location

Good location for our family of four to explore Portland and surrounding area.We spent our time visiting the surrounding area from the Columbia Gorge to Cannon Beach, but really enjoyed the stay and would spend more time around the Sellwood area.

The apartment was beautiful, clean, and slightly whimsical. And Lorie is a great host. It had everything we needed and is in a terrific location, within walking distance to good bakeries, cafes, restaurants, shopping, and the river. If we ever need a place to stay in Portland, we will definitely try here first.
