This sunny, modern, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom pod-style bach is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to everything Mangawhai has to offer. With 2 pods joined by a fully enclosed central deck, this is a great little summer home. When the weather is fine, the front bi-folds can be completely opened up, or when it is less favourable, can be completely closed in to keep things cosy. With a large, flat grassed area, it is great for games and tents are permitted for children.
This is a perfect base for your family holiday in Mangawhai Heads with only a 5 minute drive to the estuary, surf beach, shops and restaurants. Alternately take the bush track that runs along the back of the subdivision and have a picturesque walk into the centre of Mangawhai Heads.

Notes:
1. The owner does allow tents for children on the lawn to take the occupancy up to 8.
2. This property does not have a TV but does has wifi, so you can bring your own devices or just use it as an opportunity to get away and enjoy the simple things in life.
3. There are 2 kayaks with lifejackets that can be used by guests but you will need your own means to get them to the water.
LINEN OPTIONS: To keep your holiday more affordable, for this property we offer linen as an optional extra for guests who prefer to bring their own. If you choose to bring your own linen, you will need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels and bath mats. Pillows, Duvets and Duvet covers will be provided.
Alternatively, a rental linen package is available for $25 per person. To request this service, please add a note to your booking specifying the number of people requiring linen and which beds you would like prepared.
