Love this property! We had live music from the tiki bar down the beach on Friday, which was very cool. The deck is so nice and great access to the beach and places nearby. Nice and clean and not musty like some beach houses.Wish we had known about going down to the fort. We drove by and it looks really pretty.The only thing to note is the spiral staircase to the downstairs garage is small, so we didn't really park in the garage, we just used the outside entrance.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented this property for about seven years now. It is in a great location, clean, everything in working order. It is dog friendly and accommodates our family of four adults and two children. It is well stocked with all the essentials you need to enjoy your vacation..plus a nice charcoal grill. We love sol shine and the owners seem to make improvements every year.

Easy check-in and great location near Carolina Beach boardwalk, shopping, and restaurants. Clean house, a few steps to the sand and ocean, and great relaxing on the back deck with a coffee!

Spring Break Stay

This location couldn’t be better. The kitchen and family room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The home also had a deck with a private walkway to the beach, so it’s really a great house for a family vacation. We had a great time!

Perfect for Girls Weekend

Everything about this house was just right for our group of 5. The only complaints we had were that the lock box for the key was a bit difficult to open and the showers are really small. But location was perfect and overall property was very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacay

The house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. Being right on the beach is priceless with children ages 2 & 3. The sunrise views in the morning are beautiful & gets your day started on the right foot. Very centrally located - went to the aquarium one morning (10 minutes away), ice cream right across the street, Tiki Bar a few houses down & Publix one mile away. Love the retro feel of Carolina Beach & watched the surfers every day!
