The location had perfect access to the beach . The pool was also a very fun way to stay wet and cool.Technically there were beds to sleep 13 people , the actual living space was cramped ie : kitchen, eating area and living room.Loved the balconies on each floor.We left with great memories!

House needs a lot of work inside and out. Carpet had a lot of stains, some of the furniture had rips in material, water pressure to house was not the greatest. In my option house is over priced for what you got but location to beach was right across the street. If we decide to visit the area again will diff not rent this house.

We enjoyed our stay. The views made up for any minor suggestions. Guests need to bring your own bath soap/gell. The water has a distinct Oder but is safe. A fresh coat of paint and some updated furniture would make a nice change.

The house was beautiful and the location was great. It was so nice having a heated pool and being so close to the beach. The owner was very communicative throughout our stay and was a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly stay here again.

Loved the property and the location. Beautiful views and the pool was small but perfect for our needs. The elevator sold me on this place due to one family member having mobility issues. We had a small issue during our stay but it was resolved immediately. I highly recommend this host.

Hurricane Ian prevented cleaning service from finishing and having the house ready, no choice but to finish next day. We do the best we can. I gave partial refund for cleaning fee. In situations beyond anyones control, I am flexible. I ask the same. Thank you for understanding

Nice balconies off each bedroom all with a water views either ocean or canal. Pool was fantastic for the kids who can’t go in the ocean much. Elevator was a must for disabled family member.
