Great Location!

This is our third year staying at The Suites. Very clean and cozy rental in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and even golf. Highly recommend The Suites!

Great Place!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and each time has been GREAT!!! I have already made my reservations for next summer 2026. It is so close to all the shops ,food store,and fine dining.You can see the lake from the front lawn. I would not consider staying anywhere else. Great Location!

We really loved the place all brand new remodeled and very clean, loved the location right in the heart of Bemus Point you can sit on the front porch and rock on the rocking chairs, walk to the restaurants and grocery store and the lakes a 2 min stroll! Would recommend this place and Ken is a great host very accessible and attentive to detail!!!

Great location, great little studio

Nice studio unit, dividable by curtain for area with sleeper sofa. Awesome porch with rocking chairs, nice sun room with dining table. In the heart of this little town, walkable to all sorts of restaurants, shops, etc., as well as the lake. Bathroom is on the small side, but workable. Had a great stay.

Great stay!

The apartment was great, clean, and felt larger than the 1 studio advertised! We were able to set our baby up in the bedroom, and pull the curtain divider to allow my husband and I to hang out with a bit more freedom after she went to sleep. Ken was a wonderful host, and made sure everything was perfect. We visited out of season, which meant that there were fewer local establishments open, but for our short vacation it was perfect. Can’t wait to visit again in the summer!

We loved our stay here. It's advertised as a studio, but we found it plenty large. The front area has been turned into an eating nook, and there is a large curtain to block off the bedroom from the living area. We came with our 6 month-old, and a pack-n-play fit perfectly into one of the walk-in closet areas (no doors, just curtains) in the bedroom. This allowed us to walk around and have time/room to ourselves after the baby went to sleep. All in all, a great property and location! Looking forward to visiting again!

The host was welcoming and especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly. We assumed there would be a means to cook meals besides a microwave and a hot plate. The Keurig didn’t work. Upon stripping the bed before leaving, discovered there was no mattress pad. Liquid soap dispenser in bathroom had been diluted with water. We bought Soft Soap the next day and left it for the next guest. May we suggest providing individual soaps for the shower? Didn’t expect to have to pack our soap to use in shower as if we were camping. The Febreeze was very close to being empty. Thank you for the bottle of wine, however there was no water or chocolates as indicated in the ‘Welcome’ note.

Our respite from FL summer

Believe the property is better suited for a weekend stay than a longer stay. It is perfectly located in Bemus Pt, within walking distance of the community. However, it sometimes presents parking challenges and we found the internet connection to be slow and unreliable. The bathroom and shower was extremely small and conversations in adjacent apartments were quite noticeable due to thin walls and common HVAC returns. The front porch was great to people watch and the front flower garden was beautiful and well kept. Our late summer/fall weather was very enjoyable!

What a charming stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cute and charming cottage right in the heart of everything Bemus Point has to offer. The unit is much larger than it seems on-site and is furnished to suit anyone's needs, the bed was really comfortable and the little extras were a nice touch. We also loved the outdoor space and particularly relaxing in the rockers on the front porch. The bathroom is very, very small so if you're big & tall or need a larger bathroom, I'd suggest looking at one of the other 2 rental units on-site. We were in town for a wedding and had to reach out to the host a couple times and Ken couldn't have been better. He was responsive and quick to provide anything needed. I would definitely recommend any of this host's properties to anyone considering a stay in the area - and the area is absolutely worth the visit!

A slice of Heaven

Ken is our favorite host of all the rentals we have visited! It is rare to find a rental that is so thoughtfully and artistically accessorized as this one. Wherever you look there are little special touches that set this rental apart. The flowers and picket fence out front are indicative of the charming interior. The location is perfect. It is easy walking distance to everything in Bemus Point, the market, restaurants, and ice cream. And a short drive to Chautauqua Institute. We were the envy of all who walked by as we rocked in our rockers on the front porch with our drinks. Ken offered us a twilight boat ride on the lake which was delightful! We loved the history and local stories he shared, and we are so glad we got to know him a bit.
