Nestled among million dollar homes in a golf course neighborhood, this pet friendly, 4 bedroom home won't disappoint. This home has a spacious single story ( 2450 sq ft ), open floor plan, large kitchen, eating bar, nook, 75 inch LED TV, (Cable) beverage refrigerator and french doors to back patio and pool. The master bedroom includes a king bed with
50 inch LED TV. (Cable) Queen bedroom and 2 twins include 32 inch LED TV's. (Smart TV for you to use your Netflix) Beautiful custom pool table. Dining room area with wood flooring and seating for 6-8. Tile floors for easy cleanup. High speed wireless internet, 5 Samsung Smart TV's printer/scanner. Private completely fenced and walled back yard with views of the mountains, great for kids and dogs. Beautiful heated pool and waterfall spa. Spa heat included in rent but pool is $80 per day to heat at your cost. You must notify property manager at time of booking. The air is also set to 75 degrees and not available for adjustments. Camera is located above the garage in the driveway for security purposes. The owner has an app. on his phone to set temperatures. 50 foot covered patio, with plenty of chairs and furniture to relax. Gas BBQ.Plenty of gated parking for boat/RV etc. on the side of the house. Full RV hookups.Less than 10 min. to the boat ramp, London Bridge, downtown, hiking, bike trails, beaches, water park, shopping and restaurants, dog park, and casino ferry. We spent really good time on our family vacation every year at this house , is very spacious and comfortable , we enjoyed the pool so much!

Very nice house.

We really loved this house and the location was great because we docked our boat at Lake Havasu Marina which was only about 2 miles away. The pool was fun, the guys loved the pool table and played at least one game daily. There are many board games for the family. The house was clean. I read reviews saying the beds were comfortable and maybe they are to some but we sleep on a Tempurpedic at home and woke up so many times during the night with sore hips etc. I did discuss this with Kelli prior to renting and she said they would have these kind of beds but heard they were too hot. I've never had an issue but we also run the air at 73* at home. This home has the a/c set at 78* and can not be changed to your own comfort level. These are the only things we did not like. The house is awesome if you can handle those two things because it really truly is a gem!!! Thank you Kelli for letting us stay in your home!!

We enjoyed having you and your family. We appreciate how nice you left the home as well. I'm so sorry the beds were not comfortable for you, we have never had a complaint in the past, as you can imagine everyone sleeps differently and hard to make perfect for everyones comfort levels, but do our best. The air should have been set to 76 degrees, so my sincerest apologies if it was not. If you had brought this to my attention at the time, I would have come right over and fixed that for you. So happy you enjoyed your stay and hope you will return in the future.
