The view was lovely. The location was perfect. The kids loved playing on the grass patio and down by the lake. Lots of room inside and everything you needed.

Really nice place. Beds comfy, clean and well maintained. Perfect for 3 couples. Lovely small lake with a nice sand bar. We rented a boat for the day. Dropped it right at our pier. Will stay here again.

The house was beautiful. Fully updated with quality furniture and appliances. Comfy beds, lovely deck furniture. Lake views from every seat in the house. Great location on Hutchins Lake, close to Saugatuck. Wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again!

The lakeside view is spectacular, as well as inside the home. The beds were were perfect, even Goldilocks would have loved each bed. Location is perfect for Fennville and Saugatuck restaurants. Kitchen has a double oven and an air fryer option! Providing more casserole dishes would be great. We'll be coming back again.

2025 FAMILY GET AWAY

The property was clean, well organized and supplied. It had most of the supplies we needed, although we did bring some of our own - just incase. The ONLY things we wished were available:a dresser or closet in the king size bedroom; a TV on the upper level; a small side table next to the upper level corner chairs. The view is beautiful and peaceful.There is easy access to activities and restaurants in the surrounding towns. The only issue we had during our stay was the dishwasher stopped working. BUT - thankfully, they have another full kitchen in the lower level, so we used that dishwasher. Management was quick to respond to any questions we had and were very cooperative.We would definitely stay at this lovely home again.

This was our second time staying at this property, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The home is exceptionally clean, thoughtfully maintained, and perfect for groups. One of the biggest highlights is the multiple social spaces, which make it easy for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy time together without feeling crowded.The two fully stocked kitchens are a huge bonus, especially for larger groups or families who prefer cooking meals at home and having plenty of space for food and prep. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to the lake. The dock is especially great for younger kids, offering a safe and convenient spot for swimming and fishing.We also loved the wildlife. Seeing swans with their babies, cranes, and even eagles added something really special to our stay. The location is ideal, close enough to enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and amenities of Saugatuck, while still offering the quiet tranquility of lake life.One thing to note for large groups: if your group goes through towels quickly and prefers fresh towels daily, you may need to do some laundry to replenish the towel supply. Overall, this is a fantastic property, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This Vrbo exceeded our expectations in every aspect - the house is beautiful, the beds/pillows are comfortable, the lake is clean and shallow and BOTH Fennville and Saugatuck are awesome!! We are definitely coming back!!
