The property was clean and easily accessible to the business area and so many outdoor activities. The off-street parking was very much appreciated. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. The space met all our specific needs and proved to be an excellent base camp for our trip.

The location is great, The house, however, had an abundance of ants, flies and spiders inside. We did not use the kitchen at all for fear of bugs. The sheets and towels were clean, but it smelled like a dog had been living there. A bit disappointing, but we were not there much.

Great, short trip to Colorado Springs - Great Location to Everything!

Small quaint place with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that is a duplex that allows for private family time while enjoying everything in Colorado Springs that is close by.Everything was perfect!

Delightful place to stay!

Wonderful house. Excellent wifi (very important to us). Clean and neat, well maintained, comfortable beds. Greatly appreciate the full-sized washer/dryer.

The host was very attentive and answered all inquiries quickly. The property was clean and comfortable. The back patio and fire pit were awesome on the cool evenings. We went hiking at Red Rock, which was very close by, and found some neat restaurants, also nearby. We got groceries, did laundry and slept soundly, like home away from home. The private on site parking was a big plus. It was bigger than we needed, but for the price, I couldn’t turn it down. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient location

We enjoyed an 5 night stay in this exceptionally clean and comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood close to everything we were looking to do and near great restaurants. We came during a week of mid 90’s temperatures and the AC worked great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were concerned from the listing about parking but that was never an issue as there is plenty of street parking. Check in and out was very easy and communication was prompt.

The location of this property is convenient to area attractions and is only a mile from Old Colorado City. However, it is in desperate need of updating. The kitchen counter is worn, the carpet in the living room and down the hall is disgusting, the couch is stained, and the dining table felt sticky even after wiping it off. The bathroom for the master bedroom is tiny. At random times there was a jackhammer-like noise - we couldn't figure out if it was the hot water heater or if that was the sound of water draining. Also, ran out of hot water after two of my five family members showered. We were glad to leave.
