Best of all, this gorgeous, lodge-like home has space for lots of guests—whether you are hosting a reunion of family or friends or leading a company retreat—and all of them will be wowed by this oceanfront property.



Experience the fresh ocean air and enjoy commanding views from extensive, cabled decks on both floors, equipped with furnishings and a gas grill. Inside, spacious rooms, wide hallways and stairways fashioned with Craftsman detail bring historic elegance to your stay. Relax together in the living room on plush leather sofas around the river rock fireplace or enjoy watching the surf from oak Morris rockers. Dine together at an ocean-view table that seats 12, or chat with the cook at the gleaming fir breakfast bar that seats six. The beautifully appointed kitchen includes a double oven and an over-sized refrigerator to ease the task of cooking for a crowd. An accessible king bedroom on the main floor has a Smart TV and a nearby bath.



Upstairs, a wood-lined hallway takes you to a series of sumptuous bedrooms, including two king suites, all with Smart TVs and many with views of the beach. A cozy bonus room gives guests cozy couches, a gas fireplace and 70-inch TV for gathering, plus access to the upper-floor deck; the couches double as comfy sofa sleepers for extra guests. A den also doubles as a bedroom with a memory-foam sofa sleeper.

This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. This is the best beach house we have ever stayed in. The view and access to the beach couldn’t have been more wonderful. The beach was right there! There was lots to do in the house aka pool table, hot tub, game and puzzle table and lots of games and puzzles to entertain us. The atmosphere was warm and calming. What a fabulous property. We had a family vacation that included 10 adults and one child and the house was perfect. The house had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was the best, it had everything and lots of it. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, we couldn’t have been more comfortable.The property has the best views of the ocean and the sunset every night was spectacular. Outstanding House for the Oregon Coast

Excellent layout, outstanding views, premier access to an amazing beach. This is the house to rent for large families and groups who want direct beach access. Stayed here for a 50th birthday weekend, and it was delightful. So many living and entertaining spaces, extremely well-stocked kitchen.

Our Anniversary Weekend

We celebrated our 25th anniversary with our three children and their families this past Valentine's Day weekend. My husband and I got there first and were impressed by the stunning view and the expansive yet cozy home. There are 13 of us and not one of us had to scrimp on any aspect of the stay. The accommodations were wonderful--the kitchen is fully outfitted, it was very clean and oh, so comfortable. This is truly a stunning place and we will remember it in the future for family gatherings.
