Well maintained home. Was great to have laundry and dishwasher. We enjoyed the walking path and the river setting. Host was very prompt in communicating. We will be back!
This home has been meticulously cared for and while not luxurious it is very comfortable. The spot is adjacent to a beautiful park and level walking trails. Location is 5 star, property owner is fast to respond when contacted. We enjoyed our visit. It was a pleasure to wake to the sounds of birds, and experience the panoramic view this property has. The owner is open to any questions and suggestions
The home was very clean and the setting was amazing. Has a nice covered parking area, and in the Kootenays that is a wonderful thing!
Stayed there with my wife for the trip and there was even room for my mom for a couple of days. Living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed.
Our family had an incredible time here. Absolutely everything we needed was provided. The house was so clean and well maintained. Lance was nice and easy to deal with. On top of all that the location was unbeatable. I miss waking up to the beautiful river and mountain views!!!!
Location is great. Beautiful walking paths as Millenium park is next door. The yard is wonderful as it’s situated on the Columbia River. We’ve been in an insurance nightmare and the hosts have gone over and above to accommodate us.
Right from the beginning, communication with the owner (Lance) was prompt, friendly and accommodating. The property was right on the river and waking up to the sun rising up over the mountains was stunning. The location was ideal as a starting point for our little day trips in the Kootenays. The home has everything we needed. Thank you.
We opted to hang out a bit further South than we usually do. The property is old, but well maintained. We didn't take advantage of the yard, as much as we could but if you love bird watching, you'll see a lot of different species. Our favourite was a bald eagle.I wish the interior, had bins for composting and recycling, in addition to waste. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. The entry way was a bit of a literal headache for my husband, as he clocked his head in the hallway twice. Granted he is tall. For me, the only thing I didn't like, were the beds. They could use an update, but as with anything that is always personal preference. I still managed to get sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, and in a good spot.If you geocache, there are a lot close by,We hope to come back some day :)
