Great Cozy little place

We really enjoyed our stay. It was close walking distance to a lot of amenities downtown. Would be nice to have had pool towels and a few more pieces of cutlery but other than that it was great. Would definitely stay again.

Great walkable area

The apartment has great amenities and we walked to many restaurants and bars nearby. The unit was very quiet which was so nice. There was good communication with rental company- and coffee and shower gel/batgroom amenities were available.

We liked that it was pet friendly. It was as advertised. We didn't get to enjoy the pool as we couldn't leave our dog alone and he had to be outside the pool area. That was a bummer. We appreciated the quiet hours.

Thank you for the review. We’re glad the unit matched the listing and that the pet-friendly policy worked for you. Sorry you couldn’t enjoy the pool — building rules prohibit pets in the pool area for safety and hygiene. We’ll make that restriction more prominent in the listing and arrival information so future guests know what to expect. We’re also pleased the quiet hours were appreciated. Thanks for the feedback — we’d welcome you back.

Downtown

I’ve stayed at this property before and wanted to go back again because of the convenience. This time when I booked it, the process was different- difficult- frustrating. The check in instructions are lengthy and while you get a code for the elevator- it doesn’t work for all elevators . There was no note in the unit about the FOB and how to use it and I only saw the fob hanging near front door days after arriving. This fob would have allowed me greater access to all elevators and doors but there was no mention of it. I think the communication could be better.

Hi Cynthia, Thank you for returning and sharing your experience. We’ve simplified and clarified our check-in instructions and now include clear guidance about the key fob and elevator access in both the unit and pre-arrival messages. We’ve improved communication to ensure a smoother and more consistent experience for all future guests.
