We found everything we needed in the house. The kitchen was well stocked, as was the bathroom and laundry area. A loval park with golf course was a short walk from the house.

Nice small home with two bedrooms, one full bathroom located in a good walking neighborhood with street parking. Grill had no fuel and not very clean.

From the owner: "Thank you for your kind comments about the home and its walkable neighborhood. I appreciate you bringing the grill to my attention, and I apologize that it was not clean and did not have propane available for your stay. We are addressing both issues and taking steps to help ensure a better experience for future guests."
This is one of the cleanest places we've ever stayed. Very comfortable home, awesome beds, clean clean clean bathroom (my biggest concern when staying at a place.) Just a quick walk to great food & Kaladi coffee. And great communication. Had a bit of an issue figuring out the remote because the main instructions for the home did not jibe with the remote. But there were remote instructions under the TV. We highly recommend this place for your stay! Will come again, thank you!
We were visiting Denver to visit family and found this property met all our needs. It is located in a great location within walking distance to beautiful parks. It was a comfortable home with everything we needed for a great stay.

Great stay!
The unit was in a great location, central to what I needed. Very clean and had everything that I needed for my stay. Downstairs neighbors were very polite and very quiet...hardly knew they were there.
A comfy and quiet little duplex in the city. The location is ideal for accessing local attractions and shopping areas. The house was furnished with all needs for a stay. Sleeping arrangement was a little tight but we managed. Overall, worth the price and continently located.

Disliked: Communication
We had to clean up over 30 dog poops on backyard. The furniture is way too big for space. No instructions on how to use tv. No response to any of our messages. Very disappointed

We’re truly sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to share them. We followed up with the owner, who would like to address the following:- The pet waste should have been cleaned prior to arrival, and we’ve addressed this with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.- We understand your comments regarding the furniture and will keep this in mind for future updates to the space.- We also apologize for the delay in communication and are taking steps to improve our response times.- A new, easier-to-use TV will be installed in November, along with clear instructions for guests. We value your feedback and hope to provide a much smoother experience in the future.
Over all everything was wonderful. But the tv didn’t work right, we couldn’t watch it or be able to connect with iPad or iPhone to it. So we end up using them to watch. That back bedroom didn’t have any air in there and the remote to the air had dead battery’s so we had to put some in it.

From the Owner:" Thank you for the 5-star rating. We will look into the TV problem and the back bedroom. It’s helpful to hear when things don’t work or need improving."
This space was very clean, which is a high priority, and a bit dated, but comfortable. Cleaning fees were a bit high relative to the work the renter was expected to do (strip beds, take out trash, wash dishes, etc.), but would probably stay again if need arose.

Dated but clean
"Host Fee" of 1059 in addition to the hundreds of other fees is grossly excessive. Dated, with no dishwasher or even garbage disposal. Was clean and mostly comfortable except for very uncomfortable dining table chairs. No laundry detergent provided. Location worked for me, but believe my car got scraped parking on the street. Also appreciated the fenced in yard for my dog, but had to pick up about 20# of dog feces from downstairs dog so I wouldn't get blamed or charged for my dog.

Has everything you'll need
I stayed here for 11 nights to help my daughter recover from knee surgery. My daughter commented "This is like a real home!". The beds were super comfy, the neighborhood mostly quiet (there was a motorcycle rally on Broadway one Saturday night) and felt very safe. Easy entry, private, secure. Downstairs neighbors were quiet and kind. The kitchen and laundry room were fully stocked with most anything you would need. TV was great. Internet very fast. Good water pressure in shower. Turns out there was a big recliner in the living room where my daughter could comfortably elevate her leg all day, TV trays stored in the kitchen so I could set up food and drink for her next to that chair. The air fryer and keurig coffee maker came in really handy. It really couldn't have worked out better for us. Parking on the street was always available. There is a lovely park a couple of blocks away for talking daily walks. Broadway just a short walk away for great coffee (Kaladi), Yoga, restaurants. Very close to University of Denver and the lovely Pearl Street district. There are about 7 steps to climb to enter, but it was very nice to be in a sunny, above ground home, as other rentals in the area are mostly basement apartments. All of this and it was very well priced! We had one small issue and got a rapid response and resolution. If you are looking for a spare, generic, sparsely supplied rental, this isn't it. But if you want to feel like you are visiting your favorite Aunt, this is your place!
