We stayed here for an extended weekend and found this place to be a great location in the middle of everything! Directions on accessing the house were easy to follow and you would never know that there were other people living above you! We really appreciated the stay and hospitality!

Natasha was an excellent host! We needed a last minute place as our original booking got cancelled unexpectedly. She was so gracious and even offered us an earlier check in time if we needed it. The place was perfect! Close to so much and in a great neighborhood. We will definitely booking again in the future.

Clean, cozy and comfy basement one bedroom with large newer couch. Well stocked kitchenette with variety of coffee and tea options and complimentary dark chocolate (yum!) and sparkling waters. Location was handy to Ballard downtown and local beach and parks. Some walking noise upstairs but not bothersome. Highly recommend!

What a lovely place to stay! The apartment was well appointed, clean, and thoughtfully decorated and outfitted. There was a lovely supply of basic kitchen staples including half and half for coffee! The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here!

Ballard is a great place to visit - lots of fun shops , restaurants. Nice neighborhood to stroll around. Very quiet at night. Apartment is very roomy. Due to sloping site there’s lots of windows in the main rooms. The main bed was very comfortable. Excellent shower. we were only two so did not try the sofa bed. We would definitely go back here. Hosts were easy to reach - we were very last minute guests, so we appreciated their rapid decision to have us and get instructions to us

It’s was our first time in Seattle and this place was perfect! Small and cozy and super close to downtown Seattle! Very convenient plus the host also left a book with places and restaurants close by which was very helpful.

Great visit

This property was a great find . It was clean and comfortable. Natasha and Ken were very accommodating and helpful. It was wonderful to be able to come back and relax after a busy day of exploring Seattle with son and family . And it’s a great location . We will definitely be renting again.

The house worked for us because it was close to our family and in a great location for walking. The main area had a lot of light from all the windows and we enjoyed playing pool in the evening.

I was very pleased with everything at the VRBO. The first thing that my son said, this is a safe location. The owner had almond milk awaiting me. (Allergies) WOWA car is needed.

Cozy Getaway

We arrived a little late due to some horrible traffic, but were soon very relaxed in this sweet little basement apartment. It was easy to access, clean and perfect for our little family. Lots of books and games to keep us busy. Small little kitchen, but nice as long as you aren’t planning big meals. Sink is a little small to wash dishes, but overall worked fine. Wi-fi worked great, and sleeping arrangements were cozy. Great place to stay!

Great Stay

It’s a nice property in a very nice neighborhood. Within walking distance to a few amenities or public transportation if wanted. If you like to play billiards then there is a table. The owners provided everything stated in the listing and there were no surprises. Overall we were very pleased with the location and place provided.
