Construction Updates
The resort is undergoing elevator enhancements that will occur from Apr. 2024 to Jul. 2026. Up to two elevators will be closed at a time during each building’s renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during this time. The elevator renovation schedule can be viewed here.

From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches. To understand better the areas and schedule for the upcoming year, please visit here: Beach Renourishment Program.

There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform specific work or tasks are welcome at this resort. However, family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. If it is discovered that a pet has been brought onto the premises, a significant cleaning and room recovery fee will be applied per pet.
