The large and private garden has views of the surrounding bush, as well as a wraparound deck with several seating areas, a BBQ, a sunshade, and a gas heater, with Mount Wellington and River Derwent serving as the backdrop.

There are 2 floors; you will find the king bedroom and a bathroom on the bottom floor, and the rest of the house is on the top floor, which is where the front door opens out onto. There is also an external door to access the bottom floor. Please note, the garage on the bottom floor is locked off and not for guest use.

Due to the property being contactless self check-in, booking guest is required to complete an online registration prior to check-in, which will include uploading a copy of their government issued ID (e.g. driver's license or passport).
