Warm Heated Pool All Year - Palm Springs

Welcome to Palm Springs, a stylish little gem located minutes away from Torquay town centre & surf outlets. The stunning, sun drenched pool area is a real treat, toasty & heated all year, you can swim all winter! An older style, cosy home with a large backyard and fire pit. Enjoy 2 al frescos, pool house with gas fire & desk space, plus a playstation inside. Suitable for a family or couples wanting a romantic break.



**This home had a full internal repaint in Aug 25



A three bedroom, single level home comprising of:



- open plan living, dining & kitchen

- 2 x queen rooms

- 1 x kids bunk room

- 1 x bathroom with shower (no bath)

- laundry with washer/dryer



Outside:

- 1 x pool house with sofa, electric fire & desk area

- Pool - heated all year.

- Fire Pit

- 2 x BBQs & two al fresco dining areas (front garden & back garden)



All linen and towels are included in the clean price



The pool is heated to around 29 degrees in the summer and can be cooler in the winter due to the outside temp, it can sit at around 25-27 in the winter.



Please note this is not a pet friendly property, however owners do own a dog, so the home is not a allergy free.



Guests will have access to the entire home. Please note that some of the owners personal items in robes & kitchen pantry are left at the home.



I will be available via phone or booking site.



Please note we take a Pre-Authorization Bond of $500 24hrs before you check-out, this is held in your bank account and not taken out. Once the property is checked for damage or missing items the bond will be realised 7 days after check-out.
