A block from Chaplin Park - lit tennis courts, basketball, soccer field, picnic area, jogging/walking/skating paths and outside bathrooms.
Home amenities include: WI-FI, Smart TV, extensive cable channel selection, Pay-per-view movies, games, local emergency phone, washer/dryer, Weber Genesis Grill, table tennis and under house parking.
Ground level, large, secure & locked storage room for your all of your sports and activities gear.
(Home is not set up for small children - no sippy cups, no high chairs, no cribs and not safety protected.)
During the cleaning turnovers, the house is sanitized including all hardware drawer pulls, knobs, toilets, light switches, appliances, remotes, and local phone.
Mid-Week Cleaning Available! Discount rates available during off peak for longer stays.
