Very good location just a short easy walk across the street to the Gulf beaches. The condo is an older unit but everything works great and clean with all the necessities you need for an extended stay. The unit also has all the beach items plus Kayaks and bicycles for your use. The condo complex has a very nice quiet smaller pool overlooking the water inlet with plenty of parking and easy road access.

Great location to avoid big crowds, as well as to get the beach. Nicely laid out and appointed condo. We've stayed here before and plan to stay again. Easy to touch base with the owner, who is very responsive.

Our host was very accommodating. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. A deck off the bedroom floor and also off the living area. Very short walk to the beach, which was nice. I highly recommend this place.

The Condo was in an excellent location right across the street from the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Our host Lin was very responsive to any questions that came up. We had a simple issue of not enough wash clothes and she sent more next day via Amazon. The King bed in the master is very comfy. The 2 twins in the 2nd are suitable for kids. The area is very laid back and family oriented. A few restaurants and pubs are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return. Be advised there's alot of stairs and a partial oceanview from the master deck. The pool is awesome and right by the intercoastal waterway. This place is an excellent value for the money.

Ideal location!

The location is fantastic and centrally located if you want to go to Clearwater,St.Pete’s,Tampa and surrounding areas.Condo is extremely spacious and right across the street from the beach.

Although we weren’t on the beach, this condo offers a reasonable rate and is across the street from a public entrance to the beach. It’s the 2nd unit in from Gulf Blvd so you can be on the beach in just a few minutes walk. This 2 bedroom has a well equipped kitchen and is very clean. The bedrooms have plenty of storage as well as a luggage rack and laundry basket. The basement level includes a washer, dryer, equipped kayaks, new beach chairs and I believe, an umbrella. We found the location was good for us. A short walk to Voila Merci, a great French Cafe, not far away from a municipal park, close to Pirates Cove mini golf and Salt Rock Grill. We walked the beach to the Seaside Seabird Sanctuary to find every native shore bird you could imagine. What a great find!
Sunsets are incredible on the Gulf Coadt!
I really enjoyed the kitchen. Just a sampling of how neat and tidy this condo is.
We don’t see these where we come from!
Blue herons were abundant on Indian Shores.

We had a fantastic in Indian Shores and the condo was ideally located to the beach 2 mins walk to glorious white sandy beach. Our condo was lovely clean and homely with all the latest mid ones and beach cart and umbrellas ☔️ for the beach.

Indian Shores vacation

Property was right across the road from the beach, which was very nice. The condo was very spacious and clean. The washer and dryer was nice to have. All the necessary items were provided and the only complained I have is, that the mattresses on the beds were not very comfortable. Lin was very responsive to my questions. We enjoyed our little getaway. The place is in a nice and quiet area. It was not very crowded at the beach, which was very nice.

Super Location!

Each day we began by walking across the street to the beach (2 min) and getting in some steps on a beach walk. Then on to the pool until lunch- the residents we met there were so friendly and kind that we felt right at home. The rest of the day varied but there is plenty to do to keep you busy if you want (or not busy if you prefer to escape the afternoon heat). The condo was perfect for our group of 4 adults with plenty of space to spread out or party together. We fell in love with the area and will return! Thanks, Lin!

This property was disappointing. It needs updated in several areas. The carpet on the stairs, the bed in the master bedroom, the toilets and tubs need replaced. These things are extremely important in our opinion. There were other issues as well, but these were the most important. On a positive note, the garage, washer and dryer, beach accessories, pool and location were great. We have stayed in Indian Shores yearly for the past 5 years and I can say that we did not feel comfortable and will not rent this property in the future. We did communicate our concerns with the owner and she seemed genuinely concerned, so maybe these things will be addressed in time.

Greta for a small family

The unit is a great value. The location was great w/ easy access to the beach, public access is a very short walk from the property. The pool was nice, with plenty of chairs, umbrellas, tables and restrooms. The unit itself was certainly adequate and fit our needs as a family of 4. The living room was nice w/ a kitchen the meet our needs for breakfast and lunch. The bedrooms were descent size and the bathrooms were nice. There were 2 umbrellas and 2 sets of beach chairs w/ lots of toys. One of the umbrellas broke, which we replaced. There was also a wagon for the beach items. The washer and dryer were also a big plus for drying swimsuits and towels. The only 2 knocks that I would give the unit is: 1) The AC was set as 86 when we checked in, which was way to hot and very unpleasant. 2) The master bedroom bed was 2 twin mattresses pushed together, I read in other reviews about this. Hopefully the owner fixes that. Those mattresses were very uncomfortable. Overall the unit and property are a great value and my family would very much consider staying there again.

Family Vacation

Nice property, the condo has everything you need for beach vacation. There is plenty of room, well stocked kitchen, and beach chairs and wagon to carry stuff right across the street to enjoy a nice beach day! Easy to get to from the airport, nice quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our vacation here and would go back again.
