About this property
A family friendly house with breath-taking sea views in a great location.
Enjoy a stay at our family friendly home in Port Lincoln. Look through our arched window at stunning views of Boston Bay, Boston island, and our signature gum trees.
You can feel like you’re in a semi rural location here, yet we are only 3km from the Port Lincoln foreshore and shopping precinct, and 7 min drive from the airport.
The enclosed yard is spacious and complete with sandpit, cubby house, monkey bars, and basketball ring. When it’s down time… just soak up the views from the deck.
Our house has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite, with sea views, the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and a seaview, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds and a garden view.
Watch the boats and ships go by from our large open plan living space and kitchen. You can continue to see the sea from either of the two bathrooms…. And it is not uncommon to spot a pelican!
Ceiling fans in all areas, double glazed windows and afternoon shade effectively keep the house cool in hot weather. A beach session in the morning on a hot day is recommended, then you can enjoy the shady deck in the afternoon.
When the weather is colder, guests will be provided with firewood so that you can enjoy the ambience of our combustion wood heater.
Guests are welcome to use the laundry downstairs, and a dryer in the garage is also available for use. But with so many great activities and beaches to explore in and around Port Lincoln, hopefully you don’t need to hang out in the laundry too much!

Clean and pack away all dishes
Ensure any unused firewood is returned to the wheelbarrow
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ensure all doors (including downstairs) are locked when you leave. Bathroom windows can remain open for airflow.
Please leave the house as you found it. Place rubbish bags in the red bin outside. Ensure all dishes are cleaned and packed away before checkout.
There are some items in the home that are particularly special to us. Please take care with the piano… but if you can play, the house enjoys music!
