This condo was well stocked. All the kitchen items you could possibly need. Lots of beach toys for the kids (although ours are older). Loved the full sized or bigger beds. Host was quick to respond and quickly handled the issues we had. Would stay here again.

We loved our stay! The condo was spacious and had plenty of room for our family of 5. The beach was so close and having the chairs and umbrella already waiting was a huge plus. Unfortunately, our trip was cut short by Hurricane Isaias, but our host was great at communicating with us as we kept an eye on the weather and were making a decision on when to leave. We are hoping to be able to return next year!

Summerchase 303 was a great condo for our family. Everything we needed was available. The condo is comfortable with plenty of room for our family of five. Having the chairs and umbrella as part of the rental was a great amenity! Thank you for providing a great space for our vacation.

Great property. The access to the beach and the chairs already in place were huge, when dragging down kids beach toys.The kids loved having both indoor and outdoor pools. Only negative was the 16 and older for hot tub.
